Έχετε περάσει το ''after sales support'' σε άλλο επίπεδο προφανώς και συμφωνώ με τους προηγούμενους φίλους ότι είστε μοναδικοί σε αυτό, μιας και αδυνατώ να βρω τέτοιου είδους υποστήριξη ακόμα και από μεγαλύτερες εταιρείες. Ο ΚΥΡΙΟΣ Γκόρος είναι απίστευτα εξυπηρετικός και στο παρελθόν με ποντίκια αλλά και με ακουστικά που είχα κάποια θεματάκια αλλά και τώρα ,τι να πω ...RESPECT !!! Έχετε ανεβάσει πολύ τον πήχη στην εξυπηρέτηση που παρέχετε και το μόνο που μένει να δούμε από εσάς πλέον είναι να μας λύνετε το πρόβλημα που θα έχουμε απλά μαντεύοντας το, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να σας το αναφέρουμε !!! Απλά ΔΙΔΑΣΚΕΤΕ υποστήριξη, συνεχίστε έτσι και μακάρι να βρεθούν μιμητές αυτής της αξιόλογης και τίμιας προσπάθειας που κάνετε!!!!!! I think that for the fantastic services provided after the sale, the five stars are wronging you. You have obviously taken "after sales support" to another level and I agree with them previous friends that you are unique in this, since I can not find such support even from larger companies. MR. Goros is incredibly helpful in the past with mice but also with headphones that I had some issues but now, what can I say ... RESPECT !!! You have raised the bar a lot in the service you provide and the only thing left to see from you now is to solve the problem that we will have just by guessing it, without having to mention it to you !!! Just TEACH support, continue like this and I hope that imitators of this remarkable and honest effort are made !!!!!!

Έστειλα αρχικά email για επισκευή ενός ποντικιού και μου απάντησαν οτι μπορούν να επισκευάσουν δωρεάν αρκεί να το στείλω ή να κλείσω ραντεβού και να το πάω εγώ εκεί. Μετά από λίγο πήρα κι έκλεισα ραντέβου για την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί (σήμερα δηλαδή 15/6/2021). Ευγενικό προσωπικό, με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως και το καλύτερο από όλα, η επισκεύη στο πονίκι έγινε μέσα σε ένα μισάωρο. Ξαναπέρασα μετά από ένα μισάωρο και ήταν έτοιμο και το πήρα. Συνεχίστε έτσι, ευχαριστώ πολύ! One of the best service experiences. I initially sent an email to repair a mouse and they replied that they can repair it for free as long as I send it or make an appointment and I go there. After a while I got and made an appointment for the next morning (today is 6/15/2021). Kind staff, I was served immediately and best of all, the repair to the pony was done within half an hour. I went again after half an hour and it was ready and I got it. Keep it up, thank you very much!

Ένας από τους λόγους που θα συνεχίσω να αγοράζω Razer προιόντα είναι επειδή βλέπω πως σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα θα έχεις την ανταπόκριση που αξίζει. Μπράβο σας. Flawless service, very prompt replies to my emails. I was sent new pads for my headphones (Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma) because they were worn. One of the reasons I will continue to buy Razer products is because I see that in any problem you will get the response it deserves. Well done.

Χάλασε η ασύρματη σύνδεση στα razer nari ultimate ακουστικά που έχω. Έστειλα mail και η απάντηση ήταν άμεση. Με πήραν τηλέφωνο και τα πήγα με το αυτοκίνητο. Σε μισή ώρα τα ακουστικά ήταν έτοιμα. Να τονίσω πως ενώ η εγγύηση είχε λήξει δεν υπήρξε καμία χρέωση. The people who work there are very kind and I can say with confidence that this is the best service experience I have ever had! The wireless connection to my razer nari ultimate headphones is broken. I sent an email and the answer was immediate. They called me and I drove away. In half an hour the headphones were ready. To emphasize that while the warranty had expired there was no charge.

Έστειλα ένα email να ρωτήσω πού μπορώ να βρω και οι άνθρωποι μου απάντησαν άμεσα να τους στείλω φώτο τα μαξιλαράκια και θα μου τα στείλουν ..... ΔΩΡΕΑΝ!!! Σε πολύ μικρό διάστημα, μου στάλθηκαν νέα μαξιλαράκια χωρίς καμία υποχρέωσή μου. Είστε πραγματικοί επαγγελματίες. Μπράβο σας. Και τα 5 αστεράκια, λίγα είναι. Flawless. The pads on my headphones were worn (Razer Kraken 7.1). I sent an email to ask where I can find and people answered me immediately to send them a photo of the pillows and they will send them to me ..... FREE !!! In a very short time, new pillows were sent to me without any obligation. You are real professionals. Well done. All 5 stars are few.
