★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had. I suffer from severe back pain and I usually get a massage in NY every week or every other week. Not the rinky dink massages, but real massages. I wasn’t sure which one to go to in Athens, but my boyfriend said, let’s try out Zen. BEST decision!! The gentleman did my back while the young lady did my boyfriends. We shared a room which was nice and had it done at the same time. The strength was perfect and he literally got out every single knot that I had in my back. I walked out feeling like a completely new woman! I’m a very hard critique on massages, and the staff at Zen we’re truly and utterly amazing! They were funny and had nice music playing during the session and gave pointers on what shoes would be best for my back and told me what to stretch. It was a full body session and totally affordable, which was awesome, since we spent a lot already being out here! I totally recommend making Zen a stop if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of traveling and touring. After being in 4 countries over the past two weeks, this was much needed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful massage! My friend and I were here on holiday so after walking nonstop for days we decided to book a massage. We called them and received a massage same day! I am 7 months pregnant and they were able to accommodate my situation no problem. I had a lot of hip pain from walking and the massage helped soothe my muscles so much!! I’m so happy I came here. It’s a small spa but so relaxing. Highly recommend coming here alone or with a friend! They can book up to 2 people at a time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After throwing my back out on a sailing trip a massage was crucial. How incredibly lucky Menelaus, and Zen massage was near my hotel (and favourite museum of Cycladic art !) AND open on a Sunday. Truly one of the best massages I’ve had amongst thousands. If I lived in Athens this would absolutely be part of my weekly routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menelaos, was an actual wizard! Best massage I’ve had in a long while. Should have gotten the 90 mins, perfect for easing muscle tension and relaxation before a long hail flight. Very clean and super professional, can’t wait to go back again when I’m next in Athens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average massage. Please consider that you have to put a mask while receiving a massage which I have never encountered in my life and I did numerous massages during covid. Vat is always on top of the price if you don't pay cash. Not recommended
