I am still waiting for the refund of the amount of 1.297,90 € they took from my account on 15-11-2021.
On 03-11 they send me my first invoice that I disputed, (6400 KWH charged for the use of 1 pc and 1 fridge), and refused this invoice by calling customer care on 04-11.
I send proofs to customer care by pictures of my meter via email.
Customer care told me all was fine and the invoice would be corrected towards the correct meter stand.
However on 15-11 they took the full amount from my account.
As soon as I found out that my money was gone,I immediately contacted customer care to get a refund.
After more than 2 weeks, no refund, no promised call back from a manager, nothing has been done, the customer service just writes down the complain and nothing is done with that.
Today however I reveiced another invoice for the next month of 2694,17 euro !!!!!!!! for the same single pc and fridge....this is a real scam company !!!!!
