The owner asked me and my fiancee to pay a deposit, which we did, but he did not provide the service. He ignored all of our emails. After I called him he finally said he would return the funds but later refused and threatened to call his lawyer to scare me away. What a bully.

Our family was to have an event at his establishment this summer however due to COVID-19 we could not travel their from Canada. We prepaid for the event and he is now not returning our money. We have reached out and he consistently refuses to refund our money. If you're looking to host an event here, DONT!!! Panayiotis and Zeus Faber Restaurant cannot be trusted and are thieves..

The owner agreed to refund us what we pre paid him and then recently decided not to. Obviously I was disappointed with this and asked him to follow the terms we agreed to. The emails that followed from him were emotional and very unprofessional. I can't even believe the owner Panayiotis is running a business given the way he speaks to existing customers. Think twice before giving him any business. He's dishonest and taking advantage of tourists that want to support the island of Kea.

Covid-19 has imposed a travel ban that enforces no leisurely travel, and all wedding festivities have been cancelled. The owner promised a refund to the couple, who is already dealing with the stress of their entire wedding being cancelled and then backed out and refused to issue the refund of their deposit. I have seen first hand the communication that was exchanged and he is far from professional and was verbally abusive at times with threats etc. This is by no means to slander his name, but rather post an honest review in hopes that future travellers will avoid dealing with this business and being treated in the same disrespectful way.
