The girl is rude on the phone. Maybe it is in the store here in Kozani. Shame on them that they only exist and tarnish the name of the transport companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψεύτες μέχρι αηδίας ,τους διάλεξα για την μεταφορά της μηχανής που αγόρασα να μου το φέρουν από Κοζάνη στην Θεσσαλονίκη.Στο τηλεφωνώ μου είπανε αν το μηχανάκι το παραλάμβαναν χθες 26/01/2022 θα το είχα στην Θεσσαλονίκη το πολύ στις 28/01/2022.Εστειλα τον ιδιοκτήτη να το πάει με - 3 οδικώς στο πρακτορείο τους και τελικά μιλώντας στο τηλέφωνο σήμερα 27/01/2022 με ενημερώνουν ότι λόγω των καιρικών συνθηκών λέει: (Λάρισα έχει χιόνια )θα το έχω από την νέα εβδομάδα 1/2/2022 .Ο καιρός στην Λάρισα είναι με ήλιο και οι δρόμοι μια χαρά. Μάλλον η συγκεκριμένη κυρία βλέποντας ειδήσεις το τι έγινε στην Αθήνα από το χιόνι , πίστευε ότι είναι έτσι σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Το μηχανάκι το ήθελα για δώρο στην σύζυγο μου και ερχόμενο εδώ θα το έστελνα στην Ξάνθη με δικό μου άνθρωπο που έχει φορτηγάκι.Τωρα θα χρεωθώ και άλλα έξοδα αποστολής επειδή οι άνθρωποι απλά ανακάλυψαν τελευταία στιγμή μια μέρα μετά ότι δεν θα πάει το φορτηγό από εκεί και λένε ότι ψέμμα τούς έρθει. Λυπάμαι για την επιλογή και την ταλαιπωρία μου.

Probably this lady, seeing the news of what happened in Athens from the snow, believed that this is the case all over Greece. I wanted the motorbike as a gift to my wife and coming here I would send it to Xanthi with my own man who has a truck. Now I will be charged other shipping costs because people just discovered at the last minute a day later that the truck will not go from there and they say that a lie will come to them. I'm sorry for my choice and suffering.
