Ich schätze besonders, die Spaghetti, die ich gern für Asiagerichte (Suppen!) einsetzte. Die Nudeln quellen nicht so schnell auf und werden nicht matschig.
Ein Abstecher lohnt sich! Hier bekommt man einen Einblick, bei der Pasta-Herstellung!
 A beautiful pasta factory, with great products! Finest handwork! The noodles are super easy to work with. For pasta dishes, salads, casseroles and soups.
I particularly appreciate the spaghetti, which I like to use for Asian dishes (soups!). The noodles don't swell up as quickly and don't get mushy.
A detour is worthwhile! Here you get an insight into the pasta production!
