★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μία καρέκλα γραφείου αξίας 1000€ πριν 15 ημέρες. Μετά από λίγες ώρες την επέστρεψα γιατί με ενοχλούσε η έδρα και αγόρασα μία άλλη της τάξης των 1300€.
Από την αρχή ενημέρωσα ότι έχω μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα, δεν μου έδειξαν ούτε τις μισές ρυθμίσεις της καρέκλας και σε αυτή την τιμή θεώρησα ότι η έδρα είναι ντυμένη με δέρμα.
Μετά από 10 ημέρες χρήσης διαπίστωσα ότι :
1) Η βάση δεν είναι σταθερή και παίζει
2) Η οσφυϊκή υποστήριξη ενοχλεί γιατί έχει 2 πλαστικά που πιέζουν την μέση
3) Η έδρα με ενοχλεί στο δέρμα
Σε email που έστειλα για την πολιτική επιστροφής/υπαναχώρησης, η εταιρεία αποφάσισε να μου απαντήσει ότι κακώς υπέθεσα ότι η έδρα είναι με δέρμα ( ενώ ποτέ δεν μου είπαν ότι είναι τεχνοδερμα) και αντί να μου στείλουν την πολιτική της εταιρείας θεώρησαν καλύτερο να μου γράψουν ότι δεν ξέρω τι θέλω.
Αν αυτή είναι αντιμετώπιση σοβαρής εταιρείας σε πελάτη που τους έδωσε 1300€ δεν έχω να σχολιάσω κάτι περισσότερο.
Τέλος να αναφέρω ότι οι καρέκλες που τελικά αγοράζεις ( τουλάχιστον αυτές που είδα) είναι οι εκθεσιακές και στο αναφέρουν μόνο αν ρωτήσεις
I bought an office chair worth 1000 € 15 days ago. After a few hours I returned it because the headquarters bothered me and I bought another one of the order of 1300 €.
From the beginning I informed that I have musculoskeletal problems, they did not show me even half of the adjustments of the chair and at this price I considered that the seat is covered with leather.
After 10 days of use I found that:
1) The base is not stable and is playing
2) The lumbar support bothers because it has 2 plastics that press on the waist
3) The seat bothers me on the skin
In an email I sent about the return / withdrawal policy, the company decided to reply that I had wrongly assumed that the headquarters was in leather (while I was never told it was techno-leather) and instead of sending me the company policy they thought it best to write to me. that I do not know what I want.
If this is the treatment of a serious company to a customer who gave them 1300 € I do not have to comment anything more.
Finally, I should mention that the chairs that you finally buy (at least the ones I saw) are the exhibition chairs and they only mention it if you ask
