Χρειάστηκε, ενώ μένω στην Αθήνα, να επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα για να κάνω αλλαγή σε ένα ζευγάρι γάντια που έφεραν στο γιο μου και σε εμένα, γιατί ήταν μικρά. Πρέπει να δηλώσω οτι με αντιμετώπισαν παραπάνω απο ευγενικά και όχι μόνο μου έκαναν πολλά τηλεφωνήματα για να με ενημερώσουν, μπήκαν μέχρι στον κόπο να ράψουν απο την αρχή ένα ζευγάρι γάντια για το παιδί μου, γιατί δεν είχαν το νούμερο. Και σαν να μην έφταναν όσα έκαναν για εμένα, όταν τους ρώτησα για την οικονομική διαφορά, δεν δέχτηκαν να πάρουν παραπάνω χρήματα!!! Πραγματικά δεν έχω εξυπηρετηθεί στη ζωή μου ποτέ τόσο φιλικά και επαγγελματικά. Συνιστώ το κατάστημα δίχως καμία επιφύλαξη! Οι άνθρωποι που έχουν το κατάστημα, ο κύριος Ζήσης και η κόρη του Παναγιώτα, είναι απίστευτα ευγενικοί άνθρωποι και σωστοί επαγγελματίες! Πέρα απο την ευγένεια τους, τα γάντια που παρέλαβα, ήταν εξαιρετικής ποιότητας!!!!! Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ! I don't write reviews often, but I think in this case it should! While in Athens, I needed to contact the store to make a change to a pair of gloves that were brought to my son and me because they were small. I have to say that they treated me kindly and not only did they make a lot of phone calls to let me know, they even bothered to sew a pair of gloves for my child from the beginning because they didn't have the number. And as if they didn't get what they did for me, when I asked them about the financial difference, they refused to get more money !!! I have never really been so friendly and professional in my life. I recommend the store without any reservations! The people who own the store, Mr. Zisis and his daughter Panagiotis, are incredibly kind people and right professionals! Apart from their kindness, the gloves I received were of excellent quality !!!!! Thank you very much!
