★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακάρι να μπορούσα να βάλω και 0 αστέρια αν ηταν εφικτό . Πηγα εκεί 3-4 φορές μόνο και μόνο επειδή ηταν πολυ κοντά μου και βιαζόμουν να βρω λύση. Αλλα αποδείχθηκε ότι κακώς το έκανα.
Τι να πρωτοπω...
Λεει συνεχώς ψέμματα για ανύπαρκτες βλάβες για να φουσκώσει τις τιμές.
Καθυστερεί την παράδοση του αντικειμένου για να δείξει ότι χρειαζόταν πολύ δουλειά για να επιδιορθωθεί, ωστε να δικαιολογησει τα χρήματα που ζητάει.
Πουλάει σε υψηλή τιμή ανταλλακτικά χαμηλής ποιοτητας και πολλές φορές είναι μεταχειρισμένα (διαβάστε παρακάτω).
Ζητούσα θήκη κινητού, μου είπε θα την φέρει και δεν μου την έφερε ποτέ. Τον ρωτούσα κάθε βδομάδα επί 2 μηνες ,και με κοιτούσε κάθε φορά έκπληκτος, γιατί ούτε καν το θυμόταν. Τελικά αγόρασα από αλλού.
Καπνιζουν οικογενειακως μέσα στον πολύ μικρό και κλειστό χώρο του καταστήματος με αποτέλεσμα οταν μπαίνεις μέσα να σε πνίγει η μπόχα και να φεύγεις με δυσπνοια και με τα ρουχα σου να βρωμάνε.
Πήγα κάποτε εναν εξωτερικό σκληρό δίσκο που δε διάβαζε ο υπολογιστής μου πλεον. Μου είπε ότι είχε κάποια βλάβη αλλά θα μου έσωζε ολα τα αρχεία μου. Είχα συνολική χωρητικότητα 1ΤΒ σε πολύτιμα αρχεία μεσα στο σκληρό δίσκο. Μου έσωσε 300GB (και πολλα λέω) και είπε ότι αυτά βρήκε μόνο....!!! Πιθανολογώ πως δεν είχε αρκετό χώρο να τα κάνει backup για ανάκτηση ή βαριόταν να τα σώσει όλα.
Και το κυριότερο όλων.
Πηγα πέρσι τον υπολογιστή μου εκεί να επισκευαστεί . Είπε ότι φταίει η κάρτα γραφικών και ζήτησα να μου βάλει ό,τι καλύτερο υπάρχει, για την χρήση που κάνω φυσικά (δεν παίζω games, απλά θελω να απολαμβάνω σε full hd αγώνες και ταινίες) ανεξαρτήτως κόστους. Έβαλε απλά το hardware κομμάτι, χωρις τις απαραίτητες software ρυθμίσεις με αποτέλεσμα ο υπολογιστής να σέρνεται. Του τον ξαναπήγα και η απάντηση του ήταν "νόμιζα ότι θα το κάνεις εσύ μόνος σου"!!!!!
Πριν λίγες μέρες ο υπολογιστής μου χάλασε και στο νέο κατάστημα που την πήγα, μου ειπαν ότι η κάρτα γραφικών ηταν αυτή που μου προκάλεσε τη βλάβη στον υπολογιστή μου και ότι αποκλείεται να είναι μόνο ενός έτους, αρα ο Νεκτάριος Ζογκος μου είχε βάλει μεταχειρισμένη κάρτα γραφικών και με πολλά χιλιόμετρα στην πλάτη της. Ο υπολογιστής μου έχει υποστεί βλάβη 250€
I wish I could put 0 stars if it were possible. I went there 3-4 times just because it was very close to me and I was in a hurry to find a solution. But it turned out that I did it wrong.
What to start ...
He constantly lies about non-existent failures to inflate prices.
He delays the delivery of the item to show that he needed a lot of work to repair it, in order to justify the money he is asking for.
It sells low quality spare parts at a high price and is often used (read below).
I asked for a mobile phone case, he told me he would bring it and he never brought it to me. I asked him every week for 2 months, and he looked at me every time surprised, because he did not even remember it. I finally bought it from somewhere else.
They smoke as a family in the very small and closed space of the store, with the result that when you enter, the boha chokes you and you leave with shortness of breath and your clothes stink.
I once went to an external hard drive that my computer no longer reads. He told me that he had some damage but he would save all my files. I had a total capacity of 1TB in valuable files inside the hard drive. He saved me 300GB (and I say a lot) and said that he only found these .... !!! I guess he didn't have enough space to backup them for recovery or he was bored to save them all.
And most importantly.
I went there last year to have my computer repaired. He said that the graphics card was to blame and I asked him to give me the best there is, for the use I make of course (I do not play games, I just want to enjoy full hd games and movies) regardless of cost. Just put the hardware part, without the necessary software settings with the result that the computer crawls. I went to him again and his answer was "I thought you would do it yourself" !!!!!
A few days ago my computer broke down and in the new store I went to, I was told that the graphics card was the one that caused the damage to my computer and that it can only be a year old, so Nektarios Zogos had put a used graphics card in me and with many miles on her back. My computer has been damaged € 250
