Σαν να πηγαίνεις στο εξοχικό σου, που όμως έχει προσωπικό και δε χρειάζεται να κανείς τίποτε!! Απλά τέλειο!! It's all that must be a hotel for a family vacation. Just wonderful, it's a reason to visit the island. Like going to your cottage, but it has staff and you do not need anyone !! Just perfect!!
A	Andreas Vlachos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν... Με μια κουβέντα μην το χάσετε, ο Φοίβος και ο Κίμωνας θα σας κάνουν να νιώσετε σπίτι σας και σαν να ξέρετε τα Κύθηρα απ' έξω. Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό πάντα εκεί ... Το πρωινό μπεσατο μόνο έτσι μπορώ να το χαρακτηρίσω. Τελευταία μέρα τέλος Σεπτέμβρη και μας έφτιαξαν πρασοπιτα από άλλο πλανήτη. Αν παχύνει η γυναίκα μου αυτοί φταίνε. Well ... Do not miss a conversation, Phoebus and Kimonas will make you feel at home and as if you know Kythera from the outside. The rest of the staff is always there ... This is the only way I can describe breakfast. Last day end of September and they made us prasopita from another planet. If my wife is fat, they are to blame.
M	Malliori Thalia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήμασταν παρέα 3 ζευγαριών για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις. Μας πρότεινε το κατάλυμα φίλη. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας έδωσε τη προσφορά από το τηλέφωνο και μας είπε οτι στη τιμή αυτή (125€/βράδυ/δίκλινο) είναι και μια βόλτα με σκάφος τη μια ημέρα με tour σε διάφορα σημεία των Κυθήρων. Το σκάφος είχε χαλάσει, μας ενημέρωσε τη μέρα που φτάσαμε. Καθημερινά ακούγαμε διάφορες δικαιολογίες για το οτι προσπαθεί να το φτιάξει αλλά οτι στο νησί δεν υπάρχει μηχανικός (!) ουτε κάποιος να το δει κλπ. Τελευταια μέρα πριν φύγουμε τον στριμώξαμε σοβαρά για το τι γίνεται τελικά. Ως δια μαγείας βρέθηκε μηχανικός που θα το έλεγχε και μας είπε οτι θα έψαχνε να βρει άλλο σκάφος να μας πάει. Προφανως δεν έγινε τίποτα από αυτά και μας κράταγε και μούτρα (???) γιατί τον είχαμε πιέσει και δεν καταλαβαίναμε! Τη τελευταία μέρα φυσικά ζητήσαμε μείωση εφόσον δε τηρήθηκε η συμφωνία αλλά ο κύριος Φοίβος μας ενημέρωσε οτι αυτή ήταν μια ΦΙΛΙΚΗ ΒΟΛΤΑ που τη κάνει σε νέα παιδιά και οτι δε καταλάβαμε καλα. Μιλάμε για τον ορισμό του αντιεπαγγελματισμού. Ο λόγος που επιλέξαμε το κατάλυμα αντί άλλου στα ίδια χρήματα ήταν γιατί αυτό είχε και αυτή τη παροχή, οπότε ήταν και πιο ανταγωνιστικό. Κρίνετε μόνοι σας αν αυτη η στρατηγική είναι σωστή ή αν ενέχει δόλο. Για να είμαι αντικειμενική τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καλά, καθαρά και ωραίος ο χώρος των δωματίων Η τιμή βέβαια κατ' εμε δε δικαιολογείται βάσει τοποθεσίας και παροχών ( μας είχε κανει και έκπτωση λέει χωρίς να το ζητήσουμε, κανονικά είναι 175€ !!) αλλά εντάξει, ελεύθερη αγορά, γαρ. Η τηλεόραση είναι μόνο διακοσμητική, δε πιάνει κανάλια. Σεντόνια, πετσέτες δεν αλλάζονται καθημερινά. Η πισίνα είναι μια χαρά και οι αποστάσεις απο το ξενοδοχείο παλεύονται αν οδηγείτε φυσικά. Γενικότερα θα σας πρότεινα αν το επισκεφτείτε να μη πιστέψετε και πολλά από όσα θα πει ο ιδιοκτήτης. Αρκεστείτε στα δωμάτια και τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο. We were a group of 3 couples for 4 nights. The accommodation was suggested to us by a friend. The owner gave us the offer over the phone and told us that at this price (125 € / night / double) there is also a boat ride one day with a tour in various parts of Kythera. The boat was broken, he informed us the day we arrived. Every day we heard various excuses for trying to fix it but that there is no engineer on the island (!) Nor anyone to see it etc. Last day before we left we pushed him seriously about what is finally happening. As if by magic, an engineer was found to check it and told us that he would look for another boat to take us. Obviously none of this happened and he was holding our face (() because we had pressed him and we did not understand! On the last day, of course, we asked for a reduction since the agreement was not kept, but Mr. Phoebus informed us that this was a FRIENDLY WALK that he does to young children and that we did not understand well. We are talking about the definition of unprofessionalism. The reason we chose the accommodation instead of the same for the same money was because it also had this benefit, so it was more competitive. Judge for yourself if this strategy is right or if it involves deceit. To be objective the rooms were very good, clean and nice the space of the rooms The price of course in my opinion is not justified based on location and facilities (he had made a discount and says without asking, normally it is 175 € !!) but ok , free market, gar. The TV is only decorative, it does not catch channels. Sheets, towels are not changed daily. The pool is fine and the distances from the hotel are struggling if you drive naturally. In general, I would suggest you if you visit not to believe much of what the owner will say. Be content with the rooms and the surrounding area.
p	phryne ioannidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι Ζωγραφιές ειναι ένας καταπληκτικός χώρος. Αρχιτεκτονικά και λειτουργικά του βάζω άριστα! Στη μεςη του πουθενά, μεςα στο έντονα μεσογειακό τοπίο, εκμεταλλεύεται την ελληνική φύση στο έπακρο... και η πισίνα ωραια λεπτομέρεια για παρουσία νερού και χρώματος... και καλοδιατηρημένα και αισθητικά ομορφα ολα. Τα δωματια ευρύχωρα, τα στρώματα για καλό ύπνο... Το σέρβις καλό, οι άνθρωποι ευγενικοί, το πρωινό ίσως λίγο ασταθές στην ποιότητα ... θα μπορούσε να ειναι και καλύτερο... Ομως, εχοντας επισκεφθεί τα Κυθηρα αρκετές φορες κι εχοντας γνώση της Τουριστικής προσφοράς καταλυμάτων της εποχής, θεωρώ οτι το μάνατζμεντ όφειλε να ειναι πιο τίμιο απέναντι στον πελάτη που σέβεται κι εκτιμά. Προσοχή στις συμφωνίες που κάνετε... Paintings is an amazing place. Architecturally and functionally I put it perfectly! In the middle of nowhere, in the intensely Mediterranean landscape, it takes full advantage of Greek nature ... and the pool is a nice detail for the presence of water and color ... and well-preserved and aesthetically beautiful everything. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses for good sleep ... The service is good, the people are polite, the breakfast may be a bit unstable in quality ... it could be even better ... However, having visited Kythera several times and having knowledge of it Tourist accommodation offer of the time, I believe that the management should have been more honest with the customer who respects and appreciates. Pay attention to the agreements you make ...
Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑ ΚΟΥΤΟΥΔΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη στα Κύθηρα μου άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το νησί πανέμορφο με εκπληκτικές παραλίες αλλά και η διαμονή στις "Ζωγραφιές" μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις!!!! Τέλεια αισθητική των χώρων, άνθρωποι φιλόξενοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι να σε βοηθήσουν και τόσο κοντά στη χώρα. Ο Φοίβος κάθε πρωί σου φτιάχνει το πρόγραμμα της ημέρας, ποιες παραλίες είναι καλές με βάση τους ανέμους. Εδώ χρειάζεται λίγη προσοχή να βεβαιωθείς ότι μπορείς να ανταποκριθείς στις απαιτήσεις του προγράμματος γιατί διαφορετικά μπορεί να σε περιμένουν δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις ????(πχ παραλία ΛΟΥΚΟΔΗΜΟΥ, ΚΑΛΑΜΙ...) Φοίβο πόσο μου λείπεις εδώ στην ασφάλεια του σπιτιού μου, η μέρα μου είναι τόσο προβλέψιμη και safe!!!! Για να σοβαρευτώ με τις "Ζωγραφιές" έχω λύσει το θέμα της διαμονής για οποιαδήποτε στιγμή αποφασίσω να επισκεφτώ το νησί. See you soon??❤ My first visit to Kythira left me with the best impressions. The island is beautiful with amazing beaches but also the accommodation in "Zografies" left us the best impressions !!!! Perfect aesthetics of the places, hospitable people and always available to help you so close to the country. Phoebus prepares the program of the day every morning, which beaches are good based on the winds. Here you need a little care to make sure that you can meet the requirements of the program because otherwise unpleasant surprises may be waiting for you ???? (eg LOUKODIMOU beach, KALAMI ...) Phoebus, how much I miss you here in the security of my home, my day is so predictable and safe !!!! To be serious with "Zografies" I have solved the issue of accommodation for any time I decide to visit the island. See you soon??❤

Antigone (beautiful and Kindy Lady) , Foivos (funny and beautiful like kouros guy), and Kimonas (nice and honest guy)... If you want to go for spearfishing, or for romantic dinner or or.. or.... Ask foivos... Visit Zografies and feel the love and the power of earth in Kythira...
