★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προβήκαμε σε αγορά διαμερίσματος μέσω του συγκεκριμένου μεσιτικού γραφείου και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τις υπηρεσίες που μας παρείχε.
Με αμεσότητα και επαγγελματισμό η κυρία Ζωγράφου μας καθοδήγησε άρτια από την πρώτη στιγμή και ήτανε πλάι μας αρωγός μέχρι το τέλος σε έναν ομολογουμένως εξαντλητικό μαραθώνιο συλλογής απαραίτητων εγγράφων.
Μας εξέπληξαν οι γνώσεις της σε όλους τους σχετικούς τομείς που δεν άπτονται απαραίτητα των αρμοδιοτήτων ενός μεσίτη όπως είναι τα νομικά, τα φορολογικά, τα τραπεζικά (καθώς υπήρχε δανειοδότηση) κ.α.
Θα την προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε ενδιαφέρεται για αγορά ή πώληση ακινήτου ώστε να έχει θετική έκβαση η αγοραπωλησία του χωρίς δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις.
We bought an apartment through the specific real estate agency and we were completely satisfied with the services it provided.
With immediacy and professionalism, Mrs. Zografou guided us perfectly from the first moment and was by our side until the end in an admittedly exhausting marathon of collecting necessary documents.
We were surprised by her knowledge in all relevant areas that do not necessarily relate to the responsibilities of a broker such as legal, tax, banking (as there was lending) etc.
We would unreservedly recommend it to anyone interested in buying or selling a property so that their purchase and sale has a positive outcome without unpleasant surprises.
