Excellent 2-storey villa with swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas all in the apartment fantastic view with sea and olive groves quiet and calm place for relaxing holidays just outside the city around a kilometer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχη βίλα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στη Χαλκιδική! Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο για αρκετά άτομα, πλήρως λειτουργικό, το τζακούζι και η θέα του ηλιοβασιλέματος είναι τουλάχιστον μαγευτικά! Κοντά υπάρχουν αρκετά καταστήματα, όπως σούπερ μάρκετ και όμορφες παραλίες. Επίσης, η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ καλή. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα, ιδίως για οικογένειες και παρέες!
Wonderful villa in a great location in Halkidiki! The house is spacious for several people, fully functional, the jacuzzi and the view of the sunset are at least magnificent! There are several shops nearby, such as supermarkets and beautiful beaches. Also, the communication with the hosts was very good. Highly recommended, especially for families and groups!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this vila. The air conditioner is not facing all the space. If you turn off in 2 minutes is like you have never used it. We were 10 people and 2 of us slept in the kitchen because the underground room is not suitable for sleeping. It is a terrible smell there. Smell of damp... Damp that it is felt up to 1st level. We had a bad experience here. Bathrooms are dirty and clean was not made before our arrive to the villa. Only 3 bathrooms and we were not able to take a shower in the same time because of the water pressure. One of the bedroom had the matrace on the pallet. No photos on booking with this bedroom. So basically this is not a room with a suitable bad. You cannot sleep on pallet. They gave us back 100 euro because of the sleeping matter in the kitchen but the discomfort was very high even if the made us a discount. We are sorry that we do not have the idea to left the accommodation earlier and even if the condition were bad we still spend 5 night there. I do not recommend this villa. Was a good view there but it is the only positive thing.
