X	Xenia Mpoutou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καναμε κρατηση για αεροπορικα εισητηρια... οταν περασαμε απο το καταστημα για να τα παραλαβουμε μας ενημερωσαν οτι ακυρωσαν την κρατηση... ετσι χωρις καποιο λογο, χωρις καμια προειδοποηση... απλα την ακυρωσαν....και το προσωπικο ειχε απαραδεκτη σταση, σαν να μην ειχε συμβει τιποτα....χασαμε τα εισητηρια που ηταν σε προνομιακη τιμη καθως η κρατηση ειχε γινει 3 μηνες πριν την πτηση και αναγκαστηκαμε να πληρωσουμε σε αλλο φυσικα ταξιδιωτικο για τα ιδια εισητηρια σχεδον τριπλασια τιμη καθως οι μερες του ταξιδιου εφταναν.... We made reservations for air tickets ... when we got out of the store to receive them informed us that they canceled the reservation ... so without any reason, without any warning ... just canceled it ... and the staff was unacceptable as if nothing had happened .... we missed the tickets at a privileged price as the reservation was made 3 months before the flight and we had to pay another physical travel for the same tickets almost three times as the days of the trip were ....

A	Agis Nikolaou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πληρώσαμε κράτηση η οποία δεν έγινε ποτέ.Φτασαμε στο νησί και μάθαμε ότι δεν έχει γίνει κράτηση δωματίου στο ξενοδοχείο.Μετα μας στειλανε σε αλλο.Λαθος ημέρες ζητήσαμε για 4 βράδια και η κράτηση έγινε για 3.Μας υποσχεθηκανε οτι στην επιστροφη θα μας αφήνανε στο κεντρο της λαρισας το λεωφορειοκαι μας αφησε εκτός πόλης We paid a reservation that was never done.We reached the island and we learned that there has not been booked room in the hotel.After us send us to another.For days we asked for 4 nights and the booking was for 3.I promised that in the return would leave us at the center of the bridal boulevard and left us outside
Ε	ΕΥΑΝΘΙΑ ΓΚΙΔΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μηδέν θα έβαζα.ακυρωθηκε ταξίδι έξι μέρες πριν την αναχώρηση. έτσι είπαν τουλάχιστον. και επτά μέρες από την προηγούμενη Τετάρτη έγινε η ακύρωση με ευθύνη δική τους φυσικά. δεν μας έχουν επιστρέψει τα χρήματα και μας κοροϊδεύουν κάθε μέρα.προφανως τα παρακρατουν γιατί αν ήταν υπεύθυνο και σοβαρό γραφείο την ίδια μέρα μαζί με μια συγνώμη θα ήταν διαθέσιμα τα χρήματα μας και θα μας τα επεστρεφαν.βεβαια το ενδεχόμενο να τα χρειαζόμασταν να κλείσουμε κάτι άλλο μια άλλη εκδρομή δεν τους απασχολεί.και φυσικά δεν ξέρουμε πότε θα τα πάρουμε..ούτε από έξω δεν θα ξαναπεράσω. Σε ταξίδι 16-18 ώρες την ημέρα το «πολυτελες» και «υπερσυγχρονο» οχημα δεν είχε τουαλέτα, τα περισσότερα τραπεζάκια και στηρίγματα ποδιών σπασμένα η χαλασμένα και με σκληρή ανάρτηση. Η Αγχιαλος πρέπει να βγει τελείως από την ξενάγηση καθώς δεν έχει τίποτα να προσφέρει. All great. Maybe the hotel should be in Pyrgos and not in Mesimvria which is deserted. Anchialos has to leave the tour completely as he has nothing to offer.
