G	Grigoris Antonopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία και εξυπηρέτηση που είχα ως τώρα από ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα. Αγόρασα ένα παντελόνι μεγέθους W30/L32 της εταιρείας Jack &Jones. Το παντελόνι που μου ήρθε όπως έγραφε και στην εσωτερική του φόδρα ήταν μεγέθους W30/L34, το official καρτελάκι της Jack and Jones έγραφε W30/L34, ενώ το καρτελάκι του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος που είχε κολληθεί πάνω από το official καρτελάκι έγραφε W30/L32 (φωτογραφίες επισυνάπτονται). Για τον λόγο αυτό κάλεσα σήμερα το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα ώστε να γίνει αντικατάσταση μιας που έβλεπα ότι υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο site τους στο W30/L32. Έπεσα από τα σύννεφα με αυτά που άκουσα. Η εκρόσωπος του καταστήματος απάντησε σαν το πρόβλημα να είναι κάτι το συνηθισμένο: «συμβαίνει με πολλούς πελάτες μας αυτό και είτε μας τα επιστρέφουν και τους δίνουμε τα χρήματα πίσω είτε τα πηγαίνουν για κόντεμα». Αμέσως κατάλαβα ότι δεν θα τύχω σοβαρής αντιμετώπισης. H πρώτη δικαιολογία που μου είπε ήταν ότι είναι θέμα της εταιρείας Jack and Jones η οποία μέχρι και το μέγεθος W30 δεν βγάζει L32 αλλά βγάζει L από 34 και πάνω, ενώ από τα μεγέθη W31,32 κτλ. βγάζει και L32. Γεγονός που είναι ψευδές καθώς όπως της ανέφερα έχω παραγγείλει πολλές φορές από το official site της Jack & Jones παντελόνια μεγέθους W30/L32. Της ανέφερα επίσης ότι αυτό που μου λέει δεν έχει λογική γιατί θα ήταν σαν να λέμε πως η εταιρεία για τους πιο λεπτούς και μικρόσωμους ξεκινά από το μήκος L34 ενώ για τους πιο μεγαλόσωμους ξεκινά από το μήκος L32. Η εκπρόσωπος άλλαξε στάση και η επόμενη απάντησή της ήταν πως «σε αυτούς τουλάχιστον όσα έρχονται είναι όλα L34». Στην συνέχεια της ανέφερα πως στο site τους φαίνεται κανονικά η διαθεσιμότητα σε W30 και L32. Mου είπε ότι όσα παντελόνια βλέπω στο site να είναι W30 και L32, στην πραγματικότητα είναι L34. Της ανέφερα πως πχ. βλέπω και W34/L32 διαθέσιμο και την ρώτησα αν σε αυτό το μέγεθος το L32 ισχύει. «Ναι ισχύει κανονικά το L32» μου απάντησε. «Ότι βλέπετε από W31 και πάνω ισχύει κανονικά στα L, ενώ στα μεγέθη W30 και κάτω όλα τα L είναι 34 ασχέτως που εμφανίζονται στο site μας σαν L32». Την ρώτησα για ποιον λόγο δεν το γράφουν τότε αυτό σε κάποια υποσημείωση στο site τους ώστε να το ξέρουμε και εμείς σαν πελάτες πριν προβούμε στην αγορά. Δεν έλαβα ουσιαστική απάντηση. Μόνο ερωτήσεις αν το παντελόνι είναι υφασμάτινο ή λινό (λες και έχει κάποια σημασία αυτό) και αν μου είναι πολύ μακρύ. Της ανέφερα μετά πως με βάση τις απαντήσεις της αν κατάλαβα καλά υπάρχει κατασκευαστικό πρόβλημα στην ιστοσελίδα τους και όλα τα παντελόνια στα μεγέθη W30 και κάτω περνιούνται σαν L32 ασχέτως που είναι μεγαλύτερα. Πρόβλημα που το γνωρίζουν και το αφήνουν χωρίς να κάνουν κάτι. Συμφώνησε σε αυτό λέγοντας πως «έτσι μας τα στέλνουν και έτσι περνιούνται στο site από την εταιρεία» (λες και σε e-shop δεν μπορεί να γίνει παρέμβαση-διόρθωση από τον προγραμματιστή και να τα καταχωρούν σωστά αλλά πάμε παρακάτω). Την ρώτησα τότε, από την στιγμή που τους είναι γνωστό αυτό το κατασκευαστικό λάθος στην σελίδα τους, πολλοί πελάτες την έχουν πατήσει όπως μου είπε στην αρχή και σαν εταιρεία δεν μπορούν να προβούν σε διορθωτική παρέμβαση στο site τους, για ποιον λόγο όταν βλέπουν ότι γίνεται παραγγελία παντελονιού W30/L32 δεν μπαίνουν έστω στον κόπο να κάνουν ένα τηλέφωνο στον πελάτη και να τον ενημερώσουν ότι ξέρετε μπορεί στην ιστοσελίδα μας να βλέπετε αυτό το μέγεθος, αλλά για αυτόν τον λόγο θα σας έρθει αυτό το μέγεθος. Θέλετε να προχωρήσουμε στην παραγγελία; Ψιλά γράμματα, καμιά σοβαρή απάντηση. Συνοψίζοντας: Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά στο απόλυτο. Ένα κλίμα χαλαρότητας σαν τα λάθη να είναι ρουτίνα και να μην τρέχει και τίποτα. Δεν θα συνιστούσα σε κάποιον να μπλέξει με όλα αυτά. Στόχος των ηλεκτρονικών παραγγελιών είναι να κερδίζουμε χρόνο. Αν ήταν να τρέχουμε σε εταιρείες courier για να διορθώσουμε τα λάθη και τις ανεπάρκειες του πωλητή (τα οποία ο ίδιος αντιμετωπίζει με την λογική δεν τρέχει και τίποτα) ζήτω που καήκαμε. Λάθη που θα μπορούσαν να αντιμετωπιστούν εξ αρχής εφόσον τηρούνταν τα στοιχειώδη πράγματα από την πλευρά του πωλητή. Κρίμα πραγματικά να αντιμετωπίζουν έτσι τον πελάτη. The worst experience and service I have ever had from an online store. I bought a pair of W30 / L32 pants from Jack & Jones. I also told her that what she is telling me does not make sense because it would be like saying that the company for the thinnest and smallest starts from the length L34 while for the larger ones it starts from the length L32. The representative changed her attitude and her next answer was that "at least for them what is coming is all L34". Then I mentioned that their availability normally appears on their site in W30 and L32. He told me that all the pants I see on the site are W30 and L32, in fact they are L34. Problem that they know and leave without doing anything. He agreed with this, saying that "this is how they send them to us and this is how they are passed on to the site by the company" (as if in an e-shop there can be no intervention-correction by the developer and they can register them correctly but let's go below). I asked her then, since they are aware of this construction error on their page, many customers have clicked on it as she told me at the beginning and as a company they can not make corrective intervention on their site, why when they see that it is done order pants W30 / L32 do not even bother to make a phone call to the customer and let him know that you know you may see this size on our website, but for this reason you will get this size.
