★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό θα ήταν το προσωπικό της εταιρίας να είναι πιο ευγενικό με τους πελάτες του, να ξέρει να μιλάει σε έναν πελάτη που ίσως εκφράζει κάποια δυσαρέσκεια σε ένα θέμα που ίσως γνωρίζουν και οι ίδιοι ότι έχει δίκιο και να μην αποδεικνύουν καθημερινά την έλλειψη μόρφωσης και ευγένειας που ίσως τους διακατέχει.
It would be good for company staff to be kind to their customers, to know how to talk to a customer who may be dissatisfied with a subject they may know is right and not to prove daily lack of education and courtesy. which might be theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργάζονται με την acs για την παράδοση των λογαριασμών, η οποία μεταφορική φέρνει τους λογαριασμούς ΛΗΓΜΕΝΟΥΣ!!!! Και όταν το αναφέραμε στη vodafone, το μόνο που μας ειπε μια υπάλληλος (στο κατάστημα της Ρήγα Φεραίου) στο τηλ. με τρομερή αγένεια, είναι οτι αυτό έχουν και δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κατι άλλο! Ο τρόπος δε που απάντησε και μίλησε γενικότερα απαράδεκτος!
They work with acs for the delivery of the bills, which carries the expired bills !!!! And when we mentioned it to vodafone, the only thing an employee told us (in the shop of Riga Feraios) on the phone with terrible rudeness is that they have it and they can't do anything else! The way he responded and spoke in general is unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ικανοί για βασική εξυπηρέτηση αλλά μόνο αυτό! Αν ζητήσεις κάτι λίγο πιο εξειδικευμένο όπως το να ΜΗΝ συμφωνήσεις με τα επιπλέον πράγματα για το GDPR, δεν έχουν ιδέα τι εννοείς και σου φέρνουν συμβόλαιο με προτικαρίσμένα ότι τα αποδέχεσαι όλα! τους είπα να το αλλάξουν αλλά μάλλον με είχαν αγνοήσει γιατί τώρα παίρνω προωθητικά μηνύματα από την vodafone στο κινητό μου για αναβάθμιση του συμβολαίου (και τα 2 αστέρια πολλά είναι...)
Capable of basic service but only that! If you ask for something a little more specialized such as NOT agreeing with the extra things about the GDPR, they have no idea what you mean and they bring you a contract with pre-arranged that you accept everything! I told them to change it but they probably ignored me because now I get promotional messages from vodafone on my mobile to upgrade the contract (both stars are a lot ...)
