★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην μπείτε καν στη διαδικασία να κλείσετε ταξίδι με αυτή την εταιρεία! Το ίδιο θα είναι αν το κάνετε κ μόνοι σας δεν σας παρέχουν καμία βοήθεια! Ότι και να ρώτησα μέσω email (γιατί μόνο έτσι μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν) δεν με βοήθησε κανείς! Πάλι μόνη πρέπει να ψάξω όλα αυτά που με απασχολούν... ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!
Do not even get into the process of booking a trip with this company! It will be the same if you do it yourself and they do not provide you with any help! Δεν ξέρω αν έχει σχέση αλλά δε βρίσκω να το κάνω αλλού.
Αν δεν έχει ζητώ συγγνώμη.
Τραγική Εξυπηρέτηση.
Παίρνεις τηλέφωνο και σου λένε δε μπορώ να σας μιλήσω, μιλήστε στο chat. Πας στο chat σου λέει πάνε στο κέντρο βοηθειών.
Πας εκεί δε βρίσκεις αυτό που θες.
Ξαναπάς στο chat,περιμένεις... ρωτάς τελικά αυτό που θες και σου λέει ψάξε εκεί κι εκεί .
Ρε φίλε άμα είναι να ψάχνω μόνος μου και να βρίσκω τις απαντήσεις, εσένα τι σε χρειάζομαι;
Πουλάς ταξίδι και δε δίνεις πληροφορίες, για τις ταξιδιωτικές οδηγίες;
Απλά τραγικό....
Σκέτη κοροϊδία...

Tragic Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά είχα καλές εντυπώσεις, θα ξανα έκλεινα διακοπές απο το 18-24.gr γιατι πραγματικά οι τιμές που έχουν δεν υπάρχουν !!!!

Δεν υπάρχει τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση. Ενώ απαντάνε στο τηλέφωνο σου λένε να τους στείλεις email ή να μιλήσεις μέσω live chat. Φυσικά ακύρωσα την κράτηση την ίδια στιγμή! Δεν ρισκάρω την ασφάλεια μου και τα λεφτά μου από την στιγμή που δεν μπορούν να σου αφιερώσουν 2 λεπτά για να σου λύσουν βασικές απορίες στο τηλέφωνο.
Completely unacceptable!
There is no telephone service. While answering your phone they tell you to email them or talk via live chat. Of course I canceled the reservation at the same time! I do not risk my safety and my money since they can not dedicate 2 minutes to you to solve basic questions on the phone.
