★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to enjoy the snow. Organized slopes for ski and snowboard. Also a very big area for non skiers to play with their kids an some rental snow games which are also available up to the skills center. Great that is very close to Thessaloniki ( 1 h 45m ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a big ski resort. It basically has 3 red, 1 black, some blue and two green slopes. It is one of the best in Greece, yet it can't be compared with many Bulgarian ski resorts. This is expected. It is great for the amount of snow in Greece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't go there today because of the weather it was snowing but no chance to go up even 500 meters with very good winter tyres! Naosa is 17 km from the 3-5 Pigadia! Nobody clean the roads, none of the taxes going there up to the 3-5 Pigadia, there is no shuttle service,no bus, just nothing. You can not reach it! The same situation with Seli, we also try to reach Kaimakchalan, the roads are not clean, in Internet is written that the lifts and the slopes are open, but actually everything is closed. Nobody can give information, there is no good organization! Very sad ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited after so many years. I heard it was shut for some time and reopened under new management. Only drag lifts operate, making it hard for amateur snowboarders. A variety of difficulty levels are available, but in general they're not long.
The road to drive up is also in bad shape. Quite a few holes along the way.
There's certainly better options in the area but it's worth to visit if you can handle the difficulties.
I hope it stays open and the air lift opens again.

Mount Vermion with the ski resort 3-5Pigadia is one of most magnificent places on earth. In a clear day you can see from the mountain top not only down the the valley but basically all central Macedonia, Mount Kaimaktsalan to the north, Mount Olympus down south and even the Golf of Thermaikos is visible.
With the existing ski lifts you reach the top of the mountain in just a few minutes. There is also a shop to rent ski gear at the bottom on the ski center.
What I enjoy is that there are view people on the pists during the week. So it doesn't feel overcrowded!
