★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the top apartment for a week and it was a lovely experience. Sofia was a wonderful and very helpful host. The living room has nice views to the harbor, as well as a small balcony overlooking the rooftops and cute narrow streets of the old town, just below the castle.
The apartment was very tidy, clean and well equipped, with kitchenware and A/C. There's also a small garden with a cozy terrace (shared with the bottom apartment). The place has a separate laundry room, too. Wifi is also available (the signal is strongest on the balcony and common terrace, while spotty inside the apartment).
The neighborhood with its narrow winding streets and steps has a great atmosphere - you can only reach the apartment on foot, but you can park your motorino or car very close by, at 1 min walking distance, just below the castle.
We had an amazing time here, and can only recommend it as your base to explore this wonderful island.
