★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not had the same experience as Giuseppe. Two years a go while we were here there was a problem with the hot water but they got an engineer from the town and it was fixed within a couple of hours. We are on our third stay here and have alway had the best of service. The hotel is maintained to high standard of cleanliness. There are only 24 rooms so thee is a high ratio of staff to guests. This year the gardens have suffered before of the winter snows (2 metres) and the banana trees and palms have been set back a few years and perhaps the grass areas are not in as good a state as previous years but the flowers and shrubs are still beutiful. I would be happy to return here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. They really go to their length to make you feel at home. The roof garden is really cozy place to sit during the nights, having a drink and watching the stars. The breakfast could be a little better with some variety, but still good. Highly recommended this place.
