P	Panos G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά τόσο από το προσωπικό όσο κι από την πολιτική του μαγαζιού. Αγόρασα κάτι παπούτσια για την κοπέλα μου τα οποία τελικά δεν της έκαναν κι έτσι πήγαμε προκειμένου να τα αλλάξουμε. Συνολικά υπήρχαν περίπου 15 σχέδια εκ των οποίων τα 9 που της άρεσαν δεν υπήρχαν σε νούμερο. Μας ενημερωσανε ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν παραγγελία στο νούμερο που θελουμε μιας και η τελευταία παραλαβή τους για φέτος όσον αφορά τα καλοκαιρινά παπούτσια ήταν το Φεβρουάριο. Με έντονο ύφος λοιπόν μας λένε ότι πρέπει να πάρουμε κάτι άλλο ο,τιδηποτε κι αν είναι αυτό. Η κοπέλα μου τους ενημέρωσε ότι όποιο σχέδιο διάλεξε και της άρεσε δεν υπήρχε σε νούμερο,και συνεπώς θα ήταν παράλογο να πετάξουμε το ποσό των 80€ και να πάρει κάτι που δεν θα της αρέσει. Ύστερα από πολύ ώρα ρωτήσαμε αν μπορεί να γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων μιας και το μαγαζί εκτός του ότι υστερούσε σε νούμερα μικρά (πχ 36-37) δεν σου έδινε και την δυνατότητα της παραγγελίας προκειμένου να σου φέρουν το νούμερο που θέλεις. Άκρως αντιεπαγγελματικο. Να τονίσω ότι είναι 13 Μαΐου και υποτίθεται ότι τους κωδικούς παπουτσιών για την καλοκαιρινή σεζόν της εταιρίας SANTE δεν μπορούσαν να τους ανανεώσουν. Η κυρία που ήταν στο ταμείο ήταν άκρως ειρωνική. Κρίμα διότι καταλήξαμε να πάρουμε κάτι που σίγουρα δεν αρέσει στην κοπέλα μου και δεν θα το βάλει με ευχαρίστηση μόνο και μόνο γιατί το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί δεν μπορεί να ανταποκριθεί στις απαιτήσεις των πελατών. Δεν αξίζει ούτε το ένα αστεράκι. Unacceptable behavior by both the staff and the store's policy. I bought some shoes for my girlfriend, which they did not do, and so we went in order to change them. Altogether there were about 15 designs out of which the 9 they liked did not exist in number. They informed us that they can not order the number we want since their latest receipt for this year's summer shoes was in February. With intense style, we are told that we have to take something else, no matter what. My girlfriend informed them that whatever design she chose and liked did not exist in number, so it would be unreasonable to throw the € 80 and get something she will not like. After a long time, we asked if a refund could be made because the shop, except that it lacks small numbers (eg 36-37) did not give you the possibility of ordering to bring you the number you want. Highly unprofessional. I would like to emphasize that it is May 13th and it is assumed that SANTE's summer shoe codes could not renew them. The lady who was in the cashier was extremely ironic. I'm afraid because we ended up getting something that I definitely do not like about my girlfriend and will not be happy with it just because this particular shop can not meet customer requirements. Not worth the asterisk.
