Ενώ είχαμε ζητήσει να παραλαβουμε τα χαλιά μας αφού τα καθαρίσουν, δεν μας ενημέρωσαν, τα αποθηκευσαν και μετά μας χρεωσαν για την φύλαξη!! Δεν το συστηνω. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. While we had asked to receive our carpets after they cleaned them, they did not inform us, they saved them and then they charged us for keeping them !! I do not recommend it.

Ε όταν συνεχίζει τρίτη φορά, τρίτη συνεχόμενη χρονιά, να υπάρχει θέμα, λυπάμαι αλλά υπάρχουν και άλλες υπηρεσίες με πολύ περισσότερο επαγγελματισμό. Δε τη συστήνω εκτός και αν θέλετε να μην είσαστε σίγουροι που είναι τα χαλιά σας, πότε θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί σας, πότε θα σας τα φέρουν και τελικά αν θα έχουν σημειώσει σωστά το ποσό που ειπώθηκε από το τηλέφωνο ότι οφείλετε. When something goes wrong once, you leave the margin to be your fault. Second time, come on, we are human. When it continues for the third time, for the third consecutive year, there is an issue, I'm sorry but there are other services with much more professionalism. Ν	Νικουλα Καπ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση! Δεν έχω λόγια τα χαλιά μου ήρθαν άψογα καθαρισμένα και στα στρώματα έγινε φανταστική δουλειά γλιτώσαμε απο την αλλεργία! Είναι πολύ συνεπής και εξυπηρετικοί μου έκαναν και το καρότσι του μωρού αν και τους το είπα τελευταία στιγμή! Τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! The best service! I have no words, my carpets came perfectly cleaned and the mattresses did a fantastic job, we got rid of the allergy! They are very consistent and helpful and they made me a baby stroller even though I told them at the last minute! The 5 stars are a few, I highly recommend it !!!

Και σήμερα που τα παρέλαβα επιτέλους μου είχαν πει 12 με 2.30 και ήρθαν στις 4 με ενόχληση δική μου!!!!! Πρώτη φορά πήραν τα χαλιά μου και τελευταία!!!!!! Και η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο ου τα έκλεισε στα μούτρα!!!!! Unacceptable !!!!! When they came to pick up my carpets they said 12 to 2 at noon and came at 5 in the afternoon. And today, when I received them, they finally told me 12 to 2.30 and they came at 4 with my own annoyance !!!!! They took my carpets for the first time and last !!!!!!
