★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τον Φλεβάρη του 19 πήγα το σκούτερ μ για αλλαγή ιμάντα κ σέρβις. Αφού το παρέλαβα (120€ χωρίς) διαπίστωσα ότι ανέβαζε θερμοκρασία πολύ γρήγορα με αποτέλεσμα να το ξαναπάω. Η απάντηση που πήρα ήταν ότι έχει χαλάσει ένας αισθητήρας κ ότι τκόστος του ήταν 100€περιπου αλλά δεν ήταν κάτι το ανησυχητικό.. Καθησυχαστηκα για μια βδομάδα αλλά προληπτικά το πήγα σε άλλο συνεργείο της γειτονιάς όπου διαπίστωσα ότι το ψυγείο ήταν άδειο από υγρά.. Ο καινούριος μάστορας του πρόσθεσε κ μ είπε να πάω μετά από μια βδομάδα για να δούμε ότι δεν τα χάνει το ψυγείο.Μετά από μια βδομάδα δεν είχε χάσει σταγόνα κ σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενα του καινούριου μηχανικού, όλα τα μέταλλα του κινητήρα θα έχουν φθαρεί γιατί το μηχανάκι δουλεψε χωρίς λυπανση στο μοτέρ. 5 μήνες μετά το μοτέρ έσπασε κ μέχρι σήμερα δεν μπορώ να το φτιάξω γιατί το κόστος του είναι αρκετά υψηλό κ δεν βρίσκω κ μεταχειρισμένο κινητήρα. Όλα αυτά γιατί ο κ. Μπελης ξέχασε να βάλει υγρά στο ψυγείο κ όταν του το πήγα να το ξανά τσεκάρει μ είπε μια απλή δικαιολογία ότι ήταν ένας αισθητήρας. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.
On February 19, I went to the scooter for a belt change and service. After I received it (120 € without) I found that it raised the temperature very quickly so I went again. The new carpenter added and told me to go after a week to see if the refrigerator didn't lose them. After a week he hadn't lost a drop and according to the new engineer, all the engine metals would be worn out because the motorbike worked without l Pansies the motor. 5 months after the engine broke and I still can't fix it because the cost is quite high and I can't find a used engine. All this because Mr. Belis forgot to put liquid in the fridge and when I went to check it again he told me a simple excuse that it was a sensor. The conclusion is yours to make.

Αγόρασα το καινούργιο μου Scooter (SYM JET X 125) από το κατάστημά τους και ΜΟΝΟ ΚΑΛΑ ΛΟΓΙΑ έχω να πω! ΕΥΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΟΙ από την πρώτη στιγμή που μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο, ΓΝΩΣΤΕΣ του αντικειμένου με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν και να ενημερώσουν τον πελάτη, ΤΥΠΙΚΟΤΑΤΟΙ σε όλες τις δεσμεύσεις τους που αφορούσαν την Τιμή, τον Χρόνο Παράδοσης και τα Δώρα που αντιστοιχούσαν για την αγορά του συγκεκριμένου scooter (Κράνος full face, Σχάρα, Βαλίτσα, Κλειδαριά Κουλούρα, Δωρεάν Εργασία για το 1ο+2ο Σέρβις), και πάνω από όλα ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ. Η επαγγελματικότητα, η ευγένεια και η σοβαρότητα με την οποία αντιμετωπίζουν τον πελάτη με έκαναν να ξεκινήσω από τα Βριλήσσια και να πάω στο Κερατσίνι, (25 χιλιόμετρα μακριά), για να αγοράσω το scooter μου και δεν το μετάνιωσα ούτε στιγμή!!! ΤΟΥΣ ΠΡΟΤΕΙΝΩ ΑΝΕΠΙΦΥΛΑΚΤΑ!!! Κύριε Αντώνη και Μαρίνο σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για μια ακόμη φορά και εύχομαι πάντα καλές δουλειές στην επιχείρηση σας!

GREATEST from the first moment we spoke on the phone, KNOWLEDGE of the object in the mood to serve and inform the customer, MOST FORMAL in all their commitments regarding the Price, Delivery Time and Gifts that corresponded to the purchase of this scooter full face, Grill, Suitcase, Roll Lock, Free Work for the 1st + 2nd Service), and above all PEOPLE. The professionalism, the courtesy and the seriousness with which they treat the client made me start from Vrilissia and go to Keratsini (25 km away), to buy my scooter and I did not regret it for a moment !!!
