★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake full cover insurance! Be careful! Take lot of pictures of the car’s damages before picking up the car.
This review is to tell people to be careful and to check EVERYTHING very well. I have the right to say that the full insurance it’s a wrong description. And I had a bad experience then I have the right again to say it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stressful pickup of the car and very quick check up. Small scratches did not matter and others did, so it was confusing. They told us to make a video and we stupidely did not as we were rushed. It was late and visibility was not good.
On the return of the car they noticed 2 small scratches (not ours) on the rear bumper and wanted us to pay 100€ with receipt and 80€ without...They figured the amount by making a 1 minute phone call.. and now I’m paying for other peoples damages.
I had also paid for full cover insurance which apparently didn’t cover the bumper as only damage over 500€ is covered so I could have easily had a nice “accident” and wouldn’t pay a thing..
The car itself was fine, just make sure to record the damages before you pick it up and don’t let them rush you.
Perfect ending to a beautiful holiday.
