Παράγγειλα ενα μοτέρ για διάδρομο γυμναστικής με διαβεβαίωσαν πως είναι καινούργιο αλλα ήταν απο ανακατασκευη λέω δν πειράζει αφου κάνω την δουλειά μου λοιπόν μου το στέλνουν και φέρνω έναν τεχνικό να μου το περάσει πάνω στο διάδρομο αφού το βγάζει απο το κουτι το βάζει πάνω βάζει τον ιμάντα και ήταν στραβός ο αξονας του μοτερ σε επικοινωνία με την εταιρεια μου είπαν τους έχει ξανατύχει λέει,τους το στέλνω πίσω και μου το στέλνουν το ίδιο μοτέρ (αυτοί είπαν ήταν άλλο μοτερ)με πόντα στο αντιβαρο και καλά ότι κάνανε ευθυγραμμιση στο αντίβαρο ενώ ήταν στραβός ο άξονας με αποτελεσμα εγώ να πηγαινοφέρνω τον τεχνικο σπίτι μου και σε επικοινωνία με την εταιρεια μου έβαλαν ενα μικρότερο ποσό απο την αξια που εδωσα για το μοτέρ και πως φταιω εγώ γιατί ήταν στραβός ο άξονας λοιπόν μακριά μην την πατήσετε και εσείς!!! Away from this company !!! I ordered a motor for a treadmill, they assured me that it is new but it was from a reconstruction, I say it does not matter since I do my job, so they send it to me and I bring a technician to pass it on the treadmill after he takes it out of the box, puts it on the belt and the motor shaft was wrong in contact with the company they told me it has happened again he says, I send it back to them and they send it to me the same motor (they said it was another motor) with points on the counterweight and well that they made a counterweight while it was the shaft is wrong with the result that I go to my technical house and in contact with my company they put a smaller amount than the value I gave for the motor and that it's my fault because the shaft was wrong so do not press it too !!!

Για προσωπικούς λόγους έκανα επιστροφή μη ελλατωματικού προϊόντος στο χρόνο που ανέφερε η φόρμα επιστροφής με δικά μου έξοδα (όπως αναφέρετε στην αρχική τους) και έλαβα επιστροφή χρημάτων με την αφαίρεση των δικών τους εξόδων αποστολής (γιατί το προϊόν ξεπερνούσε τα 50€ οπότε δεν χρεώθηκα έξοδα αποστολής στην παραλαβή μου) όπως αναφέρετε στην αρχική τους. Είχα καλή επικοινωνία μέσω viber. Θα ξανά προτιμήσω το κατάστημα για μελλοντικές αγορές I received the product I requested at the time stated in my order. D	Dimitris Anw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν βρίσκετε το προϊόν κάπου αλλού και δεν σας πιέζει ο χρόνος για την αγορά του, ΜΑΚΡΥΑ. Τα ίδια προϊόντα βρίσκετε στο ali express και άλλες σελίδες Κινέζων πωλητών σε μισή τιμή. Αγοράστηκε, προ 5ετίας περίπου, σετ κολάρα εκπαίδευσης σκύλων εμβέλειας 1000μ. τύπος petrainer pet 900. Λίγο μετά τη λήξη της εγγύησης άρχισαν τα κολάρα να χάνουν τη σύνδεση με το χειριστήριο. Σε επικοινωνία με τον πωλητή μου πρότεινε να τα στείλω για επιδιόρθωση. Τα έστειλα, πλήρωσα μεταφορικά (πήγαινε-ελα) και έξοδα επισκευής για να τα πάρω πίσω χαλασμένα, όπως τα έστειλα. Σε επόμενη επικοινωνία ο πωλητής, αφού μου είπε πως "το κάνουν αυτό", πρότεινε να αγοράσω τα κολάρα pet 900B που συνεργάζονται με το υπάρχον τηλεχειριστήριο. Για 2 χρόνια λειτούργησαν, όμως ταυτόχρονα σταμάτησε να δουλεύει το ρεύμα και στα δύο ενώ λειτουργούν ήχος και δόνηση. Ξανά επικοινωνία με τον πωλητή και αποστολή και παραλαβή με δικά μου έξοδα και έξτρα χρέωση για επισκευή. Εννοείται τα κολάρα δεν επισκευάστηκαν και δουλεύουν ακριβώς όπως πριν. Έτσι έχω πληρώσει στην ουσία 3,5 φορές την αρχική αξία του σετ και αυτό δεν δουλεύει σωστά. Προτείνω αγορά απευθείας από Κίνα στη μισή και χαμηλότερη τιμή για το ίδιο προϊόν και στην πρώτη βλάβη αγορά από Κίνα νέου σετ, ώστε να μην κλαίτε και εσείς τα χρήματά σας. Η επικοινωνία με τον πωλητή, πέρα από την δυσκολία εύρεσης στο τηλέφωνο, ήταν τουλάχιστον ανεπιτυχής. If you find the product somewhere else and you do not have time to buy it, AWAY. They worked for 2 years, but at the same time the electricity stopped working in both while sound and vibration are working. Contact the seller again and send and receive at my own expense and extra charge for repair. Of course the collars were not repaired and work just like before. So I have actually paid 3.5 times the original value of the set and that does not work properly. I suggest buying directly from China at half and lower price for the same product and in the first defective purchase from China new set, so that you do not cry your money too. Communication with the seller, apart from the difficulty of finding the phone, was at least unsuccessful.
