★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετική όλοι τους και γνώστες του αντικειμένου , ιδιαίτερα ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στο παιδί στο σέρβις που εάν και είμαι από Αθήνα με εξυπηρέτησε ταχύτατα με αποτέλεσμα να έχω ξανά το κινητό μου διαθέσιμο την άλλη μέρα και να μην περιμένω να επιστρέψω Αθήνα για να το επισκευάσω.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε πρώτη φάση γράφει ότι Παρασκευή λειτουργεί 9 με 9 πράγμα που δεν υφίσταται και δεν θα είμαι εγώ αυτός που θα κάνει την τροποποίηση. Δεύτερον δεν έχουν καρτελάκια με τα ονόματα και δεν υφίσταται αυτό. Γιατί εγώ θέλω να αναφερθώ για το παιδί που κάνει τις συνδέσεις. Και τώρα πάμε στο λόγο. Πέρα του ότι άργησε 10 λεπτά να ανοίξει χθες, πέρα του οτι δεν εξυπηρετηθηκα καν πρώτος ενώ ήμουν πρωτος, όταν ήρθε να μου κάνει την ανανέωση συμβολαιου μου λέει δεν μπορώ να κάνω αυτό που είχατε αλλά το επόμενο. Δεν με αφήνει το σύστημα. Καλώ στο κατάστημα της περιοχής μου στην Αθήνα που μένω και μου λένε γίνεται κανονικά. Έπειτα πάω στο άλλο κατάστημα Γερμανός της Καρδίτσας και εκεί μπορουσαν να μου το κάνουν. Για ποιο λόγο? Θα στείλω και email. Επίσης δεν φάνηκε καν διατεθειμένος να το ψάξει . Μηδέν εξυπηρέτηση

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από 4 επισκέψεις σε 7 ημέρες για νέα σιμ, εξυπηρέτηση σωστή δεν είχα. Το προσωπικό μου έλεγε κάθε μέρα να πάω μετά τις 11μιση κ όταν κάποια στιγμή είχε έρθει η περιβόητη παραγγελία τους δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να ανοίξουν τα πακέτα για να εξυπηρετήσουν τους πελάτες. Ας μην σχολιάσω ότι δεν ήξεραν καν ποτέ κ ΑΝ θα έχουν νέες κάρτες παρά τις διαβεβαιώσεις τους για συγκεκριμένες μέρες και ώρες. Απογοήτευση.
After 4 visits in 7 days for new sims, I did not have proper service. The staff told me every day to go after 11:30 and when at some point their infamous order had arrived they did not even bother to open the packages to serve the customers. Let me not comment that they never even knew IF they would have new cards despite their assurances for specific days and hours. Disappointment.
