★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful stuff (many thanks to Olga) great location, 10 kilometers out of the city, for excursions to the epirus region. Close to 2 highways.
Opossite the hotel you'll find an amazing bakery, Don't miss it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent everything!!! Spotless clean hotel, very big rooms, very clean, kind staff, clean pool. Breakfast was lively, so yummy. Definitely recommend it and definitely coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel at a reasonable price. We just stayed here about 12 hours, passing through on our way to Albania. The hotel is a very nice one, with a beautiful swimming pool outside. We were happy to buy a very tasty red wine from the hotel's bar, even late at night, staff was friendly, they were pet friendly and made no problem for out 4 cats to be in our room ( bathroom, but ok ) and we had a good time here, though short. The breakfast was not good though and we noticed the other guests were not very happy, so this is something the hotel should try to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location if your looking away from hassle of a town .. the only thing that let it down for us was cleanliness.. Blood spots of dead mozzies on walls..mozzie net door .. dinning area floor had food particles everywhere.. great breakfast.. comfy bed..small indoor pool... and just to add the receptionist using the word WHAT to all the questions we asked..We would stay again if needed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights on 6/6/2021.
1. The breakfast was bad - we ate SPOILED Feta cheese, and the rest of the food looked like it was reused from the day before (dry and untasty).
2. The hotel staff were fine. On checkout they asked us to vote for the hotel (to win in some competition) & write a comment. A good and authentic hotel would never ask that.
3. The location is in the corner of Ioannina, far from all the bars and shops.
All in all, do yourself a favor and avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rated 1/5 stars for the reasons below:
1) The cistern at our WC was totally broken.
2) the indoor pool was closed, when we asked about the interior pool the hotel told that we could use it.
3)The internet connection was poor it was difficult for me to work with my laptop.
4) the breakfast was consisted with low quality products( the pie & bread were cold & stale)
5) You had only one choice at the subscription TV( Nova & OTE) you should watch only the channel which the hotel stuff has chosen.
6) sound insulation doesn't exist at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Most of the staff are friendly and kind. The location requests a car, but being located close to the highway breaks the pastorality and brings some transport noise to the pools' and restaurant's areas.
The Spa is really awesome! We had the treatment by staff member Thomai - highly recommended!
