★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλημέρα δεν ξέρω αν κάποιος από τα κεντρικά θα το δει το μήνυμα. Η κριτική αφορά μόνο το ηλεκτρονικό τμήμα - τηλεφωνικό. ξεκινάμε: Εχθές έκανα μια παραγγελία. Αρχικά δεν μπορούσα να πληρώσω ...τηλ νο 1 ξέρετε αυτό και αυτό .. ναι βλέπουμε την προσπάθεια πληρωμής αλλά δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι ...δοκιμάστε με άλλους τρόπους...μάλιστα καλά θα πάει κι αυτό ... Φάουλ νο 2 είδα μετά από ώρα ότι ένα συγκεκριμένο προϊόν φαίνεται ότι δεν το έχει ...τηλ στο κεντρο διανομής ελληνικού που με εξυπηρετεί ...όσο απάντησαν σε εσάς απάντησαν και σε εμένα ... Και φαουλαρα νο 3 : ώρα διανομης 16.30 με 18.30. φυσικά με καθυστέρηση μισής ώρας ήρθαν ..ο δε κακομοίρης οδηγός μου κάνει έπρεπε να έχω χτυπήσει κάρτα στις 18.30 και εγώ τι φταίω του κάνω στο δε τηλεφωνικό κεντρο δώστε μου την παραγγελία θα προσπαθήσω να ενημερωθώ εσωτερικά η πάρτε στο ελληνικό ...μα δεν απαντάνε ... Ρε παιδιά ...αφού χρειάζεται αναδιοργάνωση το τμήμα αυτό γιατί δεν κάνετε κάτι ... Όλη τη χρονιά συνέχεια πρόβλημα βγάζει
