We provided integrated end-to-end installation services on the garbage collection fleets of 12 Local Municipalities around Greece. The project, probably one of the first european Internet-of-Things projects of the kind, was proposing a complete redesign of the garbage collection process’ backoffice, through real time monitoring of fuel consumption & use of wear-n-tear readings from municipal fleets. Our team worked on Complete technical auditing of all municipal vehicles prior to any installation,i nstalling and integrating Fuel Flow sensors and fuel level sensors with AVL’s on board, installing RFID antenna circuitry and integrating it with the AVL on board, installing a weighing sensor in order to provide real time weighting lifting data, while integrating it with the AVL on-board
