The bathroom needs some fixing. Kind and helpful staff

New establishment, spacy and comfortable. Very clean. Nice staff. There are many stairs to get to some of the rooms. Our room (8) had an issue with the otherwise fancy shower. Breakfast was gracius, but when we wanted a different coffee choice they wanted to charge extra.

Before rating the hotel itself, I would like to say that all this perfect accommodation and view was enhanced with a lot of love and care by working staff. Especially Helen, the manager of the place, that provided us so much care and answered to all of our questions and requests. Always with smile and a sincere will to help in any request we made, she filling the place with a lot of warmth. Other workers also helped us and gave us a feeling of family, like we are staying at home. The hotel was placed right in front of the mountain view with NO other houses/hotels blocking the view. The apartments were clean and breakfast were fresh and tasty. The air is perfect, and you can definitely see the milky way in the night. We loved the place so much so we decided to stay the whole vacation in the hotel. The location of the hotel in Aristi was very convenient to reach out relatively fast to other villages or points of interest in Zagori.

We stayed in Aberration hotel 2 nights - 2-4.10.19 - a family with 3 children (2 rooms). In general - it was the best place where we stayed in our trip to Greece. The place is located at the edge of Aristi village, with a nice view to the mountains/forest. The place is comfortable, with very decorative design (the spouse of the owner designed it - she's an architect). In the entrance there is a large saloon, with very comfortable sofas. The dining room is at that level, and the breakfast is very rich and good (out of the fact that you have to pay for cappuccino). The owner accepted us very warmly, suggested us to replace our room to a closer room to our children (on the first floor of the main building), and get a refund of 30 Euro. We agreed to that. The owner also helped us to contact the "lost and found' in Thessaloniki in order to help us get our delayed suitcase. The owner gave us all the required information for trip in the area – he's very service oriented. The bed in the room is very comfortable. The toilet is nice. There are safe and refrigerator in the room. We took umbrellas from the hotel to our trips (as it was rainy). The parking place is very convenient there, unlike other place in Aristi. The price is reasonable, so you get a very good value for money.

It was a wonderful stay there. The rooms are nice and very clean. The person in the reception was helpful and very nice. The location is oerfect.

Located on the edge of the village Aristi. Friendly staff. Offers only breakfast. But in the close vicinity there are 2 nice restaurants. Parking places in front of the hotel.

Such a personal approach to tourism! The owner can tell you every nice thing in the area including dining spots and clearly has genuine enthusiasm doing it. The room, bed and breakfast was excellent. We'll be back for sure! :)

Perfect service, very comfortable room. The staff guided us in making our stay exactly what we wanted. When we went walking early we came back to a wonderful breakfast, even though all other guests had already eaten,.. If you're planning to do anything near Vykos, stay here. If you are not,.. I would suggest changing your plans. I don't easily give 5 stars, but this place deserves it.
