β β β β β Dropped by for a nice morning yoga class. Kind people, beautiful studio, plenty of equipment and a well rounded class that was well described in the schedule. Not cheap for a single drop in, but well worth it.

β β β β β I spent three weeks in Athens and Abhaya Yoga became an important part of my experience. The instructors are so kind and supportive. Most classes were in English. There are different levels of classes. My favorite was the Bhakti Flow, which was challenging and invigorating. The studio is clean and bright, located on a lively pedestrian street in the city center. I will definitely return when I come back to Greece.
