(-) music during a yoga class can be easily annoying by covering the instruction's voice; personally I prefer no music during a yoga class

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I subscribed to Vinyasa classes for one month there while I was staying in Athens and I must say this yoga school is incredible, accessible to beginners yet advanced (more than) enough to be challenging. After each class I would feel so relaxed and energised. After I left Athens, I continued going to classes in different countries, but they were just not the same. Evergreen studio spoiled me forever. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The studio is beautiful, so comfortable and inviting. Children are welcomed, couches, swing chairs, WiFi and fresh brewed tea and energizing peanut snack was available and complementary.. So far I’ve tried two vinyasa classes and 1 aerial yoga. The teachers were all very kind and accommodating, they were genuinely concerned if I understood or needed translation. Moreover, the aerial yoga class was exceptional, from the set up the teacher was so helpful and caring. I’m so happy I found this gem in Athens. Can’t wait to go back. Wish they had aerial yoga every day!

There is rich and pure intention in everything they do, the music played during classes is beautiful and the guidance and support shown by all teachers is truly remarkable. Over these 3.5 years attending the studio I always know that no matter how I come in, I always leave feeling better. I bow in gratitude.
