Παραμένουμε στην διάθεση σας ωστόσο για να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε. @Evdoxos Paschalidis Αγαπητέ Εύδοξε ελπίζω όλα να βαίνουν καλώς στην Σουηδία. Δυστυχώς η κτηματαγορά στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης είναι σκληρή και μεταβάλλεται συνεχώς με τρελούς και ασύλληπτους ρυθμούς. Κρατήσαμε το ακίνητο που σε ενδιέφερε χωρίς προκαταβολή για 1,5-2 μήνες και όταν σου αναφέραμε πως έπρεπε να δοθεί προκαταβολή, μας είπες πως θέλεις να περιμένεις μία εβδομάδα για ένα ζήτημα που προέκυψε ξαφνικά. Το σπίτι όμως δεν μας περίμενε και το έχασες κι εσύ και το γραφείο μας! Παρά την δυσαρέσκεια σου, που γίνεται κατανοητή εν μέρει για την ταλαιπωρία που δημιουργήθηκε στον πατέρα σου για να βλέπει το σπίτι, παραμένουμε στην διάθεσή σου για να σε εξυπηρετήσουμε. @Panagiota Baltatzi Dear Mrs. Baltatzi. Unfortunately, the real estate market in the center of Thessaloniki is tough and is constantly changing at a crazy and inconceivable pace. We kept the property you were interested in without a down payment for 1.5-2 months and when we told you that a down payment should be given, you told us that you want to wait a week for an issue that arose suddenly. But the house was not waiting for us and you and our office lost it too! Despite your dissatisfaction, which is partly understood for the inconvenience caused to your father to see the house, we remain at your disposal to serve you.

I have no complaints. they served me specially at a time when the landlord insisted on finding home immediately due to homeownership. the new home is amazing, without the problems of the previous (moisture, heating). we and our children are happy. thank you very much for your office.
