★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτο το μεσιτικο συνεργαζεται με το μεσιτικο ΚΥΖΙΡΙΔΗΣ ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ με το οποιο εγω επικοινωνησα και με παραπλανησε. Εχω κανει την αξιολογηση μου και για εκεινο οπου εξηγω τι εγινε. Οπως μου ειπανε το διαμερισμα για το οποιο ενδιαφερομουν το ειχε δωσει ο ιδιοκτητης στο Square Meter και εκεινοι δεν ειχαν καμμια σχεση με τον ιδιοκτητη. Ετσι, και παρελαβα απο το square meter μεσω email το συμβολαιο του ακινητου αφοτου εδωσα την προκαταβολη 1000 ευρω στο μεσιτικο Κυζιριδης. Το διαμερισμα διαφημιζοταν σε αγγελια του σπιτογατου ως 80τμ και απο τα δυο μεσιτικα στις ξεχωριστες τους αγγελιες.
Εν τελη το διαμερισμα ειναι 70τμ μεικτα, 62τμ καθαρα. Σε επικοινωνια μου μαζι τους παρολο που συνεργαζοντε με το μεσιτικο ΚΥΖΙΡΙΔΗΣ και αυτοι μου στειλανε το συμβολαιο του διαμερισματος αρνηθηκαν να με βοηθησουν να παρω τα χρηματα μου πισω λεγοντας μου οτι δεν εχουν καμμια σχεση αυτοι και οτι πρεπει να τα βρω με τους μεσιτες που μου υπεδειξαν το σπιτι. Μη αναγνωριζοντας το προφανες πλεον λαθος στο οποιο ειχαν υποπεσει και τα δυο μεσιτικα.
Το square meter αλλαξε, οπως παρατηρησα, αφοτου εγινε ολοκληρη ιστορια τα τετραγωνικα που αναφεροντε στην αγγελια απο 80 σε 70. Θα επρεπε βεβαια εξαρχης να ειχε βαλει 70τμ στην αγγελια εφοσον ειχε το συμβολαιο και ειχε επαφη με τον ιδιοκτητη.
