We would come again. But a little more prepared for next time Beautiful amenities this includes reception, pool bar, restaurant, pool area and garden areas. Very smart, clean and well kept. Room cleaning service good. Kids/family paddle pool (shallow area) with a small kids play area, which is very limited. Kitchen buffet area. Very good spread & choice in food. Great quality. Reception/staff were kind & certainly friendlier on the last day of leaving. Finally one of them struck up a conversation with us. I thought we had done something to cause it. Service: at times lacked for drinks. At the pool bar not once were we served - we saw others being served. I had to go up to the counter even taking empty glasses back. On our first arrival - the beer was served with a 7cm beer head. I made sure to have them top up the next ones as beer comes to €5.50 a large glass. I have included pic of menus/price lists (buyer beware). We found anything drinkable to be extortionately priced - London prices. Update to the reply: yes people are complaining you may want to review other feedback. I see you have not made a comment about the room description. Local supermarkets are not close by. You would have to take a bus, taxi or the provided lift (€10 a person booked at reception) to nikiti there is a Lidl. Grab your needed drinks from there. Bikes are provided by the hotel - they are only to be used on the road just outside of the hotel. Not for the main road. No helmets provided and flimsy locks. We were warned by another visitor they were not safe - they were all needing a service. But still very popular with the visitors. Then there was a question of payment of rental £10 per bike. But only being allowed to use the 1 mile stretch of road. The provided/advertised trips in reception were clearly stating cost. But we found them very expensive and not clearly explained what was being included and provided. The room: for a 4 star hotel- oh gosh no. Was it a let down. 2 stars at the most. It did not meet the standards or photos as advertised. Yes it was very clean. Mattress, pillows linen good. I have uploaded my own photos. This was not a newly refurbished room. Wear and tear in places, unmatched furniture, no curtains( for a large window being passed by many the privacy was totally compromised). The balcony door and windows very old and flimsy - no theft resistance and no sound proofing. We could hear everything our neighbours/cleaners would whisper. So the arguments from one couple kept us up at 1 AM on one occasion. The bathroom is a sore point - complained about by other visitors as well. Small/pokey with a small shower and a useless shower curtain. Poor ventilation for the flooding bathroom, so there was evidence of mildew. We did not have problems with hot water, but having to fiddle about so you don’t burn yourself once it was hot. A small kettle with a few bits, glasses and cups were a nice gesture and a bottle free water (you won’t get another one- I don’t know if the tap water is drinkable in some places it is not in Greece). Interestingly the provided fridge - you are not allowed to use, except for the expensive knick’knacks that they provide. I find this ridiculous. The hotel has reached its capacity in how many visitors it can cater for. There are more visitors than seats at meal times - having a small waiting area. Also there are more visitors than sun beds. There is no etiquette regarding leaving towels all over the sun beds to reserve them and no policing. In the afternoon there were only 8 beds being used, 1 free bed and the rest all had towels on them. Locally: The birds and wildlife are plentiful. Beaches are sandy pebble beaches. You will need some beach shoes. The water was clear and calm in the bay - just beautiful. There are several nice spots along the south great for picnics and stopping off for walks. Trekking in the hills to the back of the hotel is great. The phones worked fine for gps - good signal. We found some great places, lots of bee hives, noisy frogs, a tortoise, lavender fields and goats.

The staff are all fantastic and friendly. The cleaners do a great job the hotel was spotlessly clean. The waiters and waitress were great, Christina with her beautiful blue eyes was always very helpful. Giorgos and Thodoris whisking your plates away and topping up your coffee with a smile. And Moschos cooking delicious different dishes every meal, the red velvet pancakes and waffles were addictive ?.

4 stars for the room due to lack of storage . one small wardrobe with 2 little draws in it. Location is very picturesque but you really need a hire car to explore. 5 days small car hire 108 euro, delivered to the hotel includes everything, just need to replace fuel. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the 2 main towns for 10 euros person return at fixed times. The staff are very helpful and polite, the hotel and rooms are spotless and the young lady who continuosly sweeping all-day around the pools and bar area deserve a medal. Food is ok, sometimes hard to put a dinner together in the evening but you will not go hungry

We had a lovely week at the beginning of April. Great weather, great staff and a great variety of food. Bring something warm for the evenings as they can be pretty cold sometimes at this time of year.

Not quite as good as ratings suggest but still a good place. Probably the best staff I have ever come across, genuinely friendly and caring. Food was good but a bit samey, sometimes a bit cool, plenty of it and lots of desserts and ice cream. Had a good holiday.

This a medium size hotel which was about one and a half hours from the airport. It is located near to a small pebbly beach but nearest towns were a drive away. If you want to see Greece you will need a car but if you want to just switch off and do nothing then it's right for you. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was buffet style and the chefs tried to vary but catering for a large number, the taste suffered a bit. Don't get me wrong it was plentiful and enjoyable. I enjoyed my week to just switch off and rest. Would I go again.........maybe but I like to see the world first.

Lovely hotel, close to the sea, but is fairly remote. Very friendly staff. We booked to stay full board and would have thought that providing water/soft drinks at meal times should be at no extra cost. Price of water was extortionate - 2.50 euros for a litre bottle.
