C	Chris Tziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great regional courier with a number or services. Offers alot of services either by web or mobile. And the reception lady was great at explaining the various methods of shipping. Offers also a POS and mobile POS payment method.

And of course they haven't the tiniest clue when it will be delivered or even when they 'll be able to even trace it. And of course no update on their site - or anywhere - informing you for the delays...

Drivers are liars and don't come to the address, instead they find excuses like 'address not found'... many times packages are broken. This company should go bankrupt due to their very bad management and lack of professionalism. Avoid at all cost.
E	Elena Pantelidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your things to reach you after almost 10 days in case you live a bit outside the center of any city, then yes, sure go ahead and choose ACS! Ten days after my order placement the courier calls me and I had no signal. I called him straight back, 4 times. He kept hanging up on me. Two days later I received a Viber msg that they were bringing my parcel. Late noon, they sent another msg saying they could not reach me!!!. I called them and the courier confirmed that he had indeed called me but never managed to talk to me. Result? I ended up having to drive 25km away from my house to pick up my parcel. My other option? Wait 4 more days!!! Really??? Why exactly are we paying ACS for "door to door delivery"?????????

Unhelpful response on the phone - blaming 2 days failed attempt to deliver with no explanation on their part down to traffic. I don’t understand how companies can excuse behavior like this and survive in 2022!
E	Enrico E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers are expected to go and pick up the packages on their own from their Centre. They always say that they don’t have enough delivery guys. That’s because the management wants to maximize profits at the expense of customers. I would be ashamed/embarrased to be an ACS employee. The worst courier service ever! Unfortunately Google has a minimum 1-star rating which is way too high for these thieves. People posting positive reviews for this place probably are employees trying to save some face.
