★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service company, hands down! Packages almost never arrive on time, call center non-existent (unless you have hours to spend) and they have lost-misplaced orders on numerous occasions. Be advised to avoid them at all cost!

Particular shop is far worst than other ACS shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far, the worst courier company. Every time something is sent with them, I get a message that they cannot find either me or the address (it never happens with other couriers) and asks to call their call-center. After multiple 10+ minute tries, nobody ever picks up and the call gets hanged up. In the end, you have to get at their offices to get your parcel. I totally do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Significant delays. They never call the customer. Often they just leave a note without even pressing the intercom. In other cases, they do not even try 2nd delivery the next day as they should. They claim that they have tried again but no new note does ever exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have consistently delivered torn packages, the people delivering the packages are rude, they sometimes never pass and claim we never heard the doorbell (impossible, we are in the house all day with covid). Once i was supposed to pay the courier euro35 in cash for the package, I had a 50 euro bill and the courier started yelling and saying how people pay him all the time in 50 and 100 bills...I was polite, told him to deliver it later but all he did was yell and demanded I found the exact amount. I didnt have it so he searched in his car and found the change....
another day the courier refused to deliver the package to my door saying "im not coming, you come pick it up". Somehow all other courier services and his colleagues deliver to my door but in that case I had to go to his car to pick up the package?
of course they never pick up the phone and never answer to emails....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst logistics and courier company in Greece. They rarely deliver the goods to your house, most of the time they simply pass by your place and without even ringing your doorbell, they leave a unsuccessful delivery attempt due to client absence sticker and leave in a hurry to continue delivering... delivery failure stickers so every customer of theirs needs to go to one of their delivery points to pick their stuff up themselves. Just stop using this terrible company people and shops.
