Ο σκοπός μίας courier είναι η εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της. Ειδικά στην επαρχία, οι σχέσεις πωλητή-πελάτη βασίζονται στην ευγένεια, την εξυπηρέτηση και την καλλιέργεια των ανθρώπινων σχέσεων. Οπότε, ο πελάτης δεν περιμένει να επιστρέφεται η παραγγελία του επειδή δεν πρόλαβε να περάσει να την πάρει (χωρίς να έχει προηγηθεί τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία) και στη συνέχεια να πρέπει να αντιμετωπίσει έναν αγενή υπάλληλο που απλά κοιτάει την οθόνη ενός υπολογιστή και δεν έχει όρεξη καν να τον εξυπηρετήσει, σαν να είναι ο πιο κακοπληρωμένος υπάλληλος μίας πολυεθνικής εταιρείας. Ο υπάλληλος που ήταν στο κατάστημα στις 27 Μαρτίου είναι καθαρά ακατάλληλος για οποιαδήποτε εργασία. Υπό την προηγούμενη διεύθυνση η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν υποδειγματική.
Bad collaborators and rude.
The purpose of a courier is to serve its customers. Especially in the countryside, seller-customer relationships are based on courtesy, service and the cultivation of human relationships. So, the customer does not wait for his order to be returned because he did not have time to pick it up (without prior telephone communication) and then has to deal with a rude employee who just looks at the screen of a computer and has no appetite even to serve him, as if he were the highest paid employee of a multinational company. The employee who was in the store on March 27 is clearly unfit for any job. Under the previous management the service was exemplary.
