★ ★ ★ ★ ★ δεν δεχόταν πληρωμή με κάρτα για αποστολή στο εξωτερικό_Κύπρο (αναγκαστηκα και πήγα σε ATM για μετρητά), τιμή υψηλότερη απο αυτή που αναγράφεται στο site (ένα δέμα 2 κιλών κόστισε 40 euro και η απάντηση ήταν ότι η αποστολή θα γίνει μέσω DHL για μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια!!!!), παραλαβή απο τον παραλήπτη την 4η ημέρα αφού πρώτα το δέμα ταξίδεψε Ιταλία και Γερμανία! Την επόμενη φορά έστειλα μέσω άλλης εταιρείας το ίδιο δέμα με το μισό κόστος και παραλαβή σε 2 ημέρες.....
I did not accept a card payment for shipping abroad (I forced and I went to ATM for cash), a price higher than that stated on the site (a 2kg package cost 40 euros and the answer was that the shipment will be via DHL for more security! !!!), picked up by the recipient on the 4th day after Italy and Germany traveled the package! The next time I sent the same package through another company, half the cost and receipt in 2 days .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατη συμπεριφορά! Στέλνουν μήνυμα ότι έχει γίνει προσπάθεια αποστολής ενω δεν έχουν πάρει τηλέφωνο για να πας μονος σου να πάρεις το δέμα. Την τρίτη φορά που το έκαναν τους είπα ότι δεν έλαβα καμμία κλήση κι ο "κυριος" νευριασε λεγοντας μου οτι αυτοί πήραν κι οτι εγω λέω ψέμματα. Φυσικά δε δεχοταν να μου δείξει την κλήση που έκαναν γιατί δεν υπήρχε λεγοντας μου να παω σε αλλο κατάστημα απο εδω και στο εξης. Εννοείται οτι δε θα ξαναπατησω. Μηδέν επαγγελματισμός και μεγάλη αγένεια!
Unruly behavior! They send a message that an attempt has been made while they have not picked up the phone to go and pick up the package yourself. The third time they did I told them that I did not receive any call and the "gentleman" got angry telling me that they got it and that I was lying. Of course he refused to show me the call they made because there was no telling me to go to another store from here on out. Of course I will not cheat again. Zero professionalism and great rudeness!
