Και φυσικά δεν έχει ποτέ διαθέσιμο εκπρόσωπο για να μιλήσεις. _________ Δεν σκοπευα να ξαναγραψω αλλα ειναι η χειροτερη μεταφορική. Και οι πιο αγενείς υπάλληλοι, δεν χτυπανε το κουδουνι, βγαζουν και γλωσσα οτι ειναι χαλασμενο το κουδουνι. Σε προηγουμενη παραδοση δεν ηρθε ποτε μήνυμα οτι τα πακετα μου ηταν προς παράδοση, ήρθε ομως το μήνυμα οτι δεν με βρήκαν. Μετά από 1 ώρα πήγα στο καταστημα και τα πακετα μου ηταν εκει, λογικα ο διανομεας δεν τα ειχε παρει προς παραδοση. (Σε παλιοτερες αποστολες τα πακετα ηταν στο καταστημα αργα το απογευμα). Και μεσα σε ολα, η υπάλληλος μου ειπε οτι ειναι χαλασμένο το κουδουνι μου. Γιατι φυσικά η υπάλληλος ξέρει καλυτερα. Μονο για τη γενική ταχυδρομική και τη Speedex δουλευει το κουδουνι. Σε επόμενη αποστολή που ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ δεν ειχα την επιλογή να επιλέξω εγώ μεταφορική, ήρθε κανονικα μήνυμα ότι το πακέτο μου το εχει διανομεας προς παραδοση. Ειναι η μόνη εταιρεία που αργεί τοσο πολυ τις παραδόσεις. Και οκ, αντε αυτο να το δεχτούμε λογω φόρτου. Αλλά τουλάχιστον μην μας κοροϊδευετε οτι δεν μας βρισκετε στα σπιτια μας, εχουμε καραντινα και εργαζομαστε απο το σπιτι μας, ειμαστε 100% σπιτια μας τις ωρες εργασιας και επισης μην βγαζετε και γλώσσα οτι ειναι χαλασμενο το κουδουνι. Λίγη ευγενεια δεν εβλαψε ποτέ κανέναν. The store phone goes out to a call center with a recorded service. Σαν υπηρεσία όμως γενικώς τα Δέματα λένε ότι πέρασαν να στα φέρουν ενώ δεν ισχύει και περνάς να τα παραλάβεις από εκεί All the employees I have served are very friendly and helpful. Αφού εκανα προσπάθειες να επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα, τελικά μου έδωσαν το τηλέφωνο του διανομέα ώστε να τον καλέσω εγώ. Και πάλι άκρη δεν βγήκε. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και αγένεια! Κατα τις 2 πηρα τηλ, μηπως περάσω να το παρω εγώ , αλλα η κοπέλα μου είπε ότι εφόσον το έχει ο διανομέας θα μου το φέρει αυτός έως τις 5, που σταματούν οι διανομές... Εν τέλη το πήρα μόνος μου στις 6 η ώρα, χωρίς να με έχει ειδοποιήσει κάποιος ότι δεν θα έρθει. Δεν λεω ότι φταίει ο διανομέας, καθώς τα βλέπω τα παιδιά, ολη μερα πανω κάτω. Ωστόσο η διεύθυνση του υποκαταστηματος, εφόσον έχει τόσο δουλειά, ας πάρει κι άλλο προσωπικό... The parcel from the central, was normally sent the next day.
