Συμφώνησα με τον αποστολέα ότι το ποσό που θα πλήρωνα κατά την παραλαβή ενός δέματος ήταν 14,60 ευρώ. Έρχεται ο κούριερ και μου ζητάει 20,24 ευρώ, γιατί όπως είπε, το δέμα ήταν 3,5 κιλά.
Ψάχνοντας να δω τι έχει πάει στραβά, ρωτάω τον αποστολέα, και κατόπιν συνεννόησής του με το εν λόγω κατάστημα στο Κρανίδι, μου είπε ότι ενώ του είπαν ότι το ποσό ήταν 14,60 ευρώ, στη συνέχεια άλλαξαν το βάρος (!!!!!) και από εκεί προέκυψαν τα 20,24 ευρώ.
Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει κάτι τόσο απαράδεκτο, δηλαδή να αλλάζει κατόπιν εορτής και χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση το ποσό της αποστολής κατά το δοκούν μιας εταιρείας μεταφορών, και να μην ενημερώνομαι ποτέ, αλλά ο κούριερ μια χαρά να μου ζητάει αυτά τα χρήματα.
Καταφέρατε, *τουλάχιστον*, να μην ξανασχοληθώ με την ACS γενικότερα.

 The following was unacceptable.
I agreed with the sender that the amount I would pay upon receipt of a parcel was 14.60 euros. The courier comes and asks me for 20.24 euros, because as he said, the package was 3.5 kilos.
Looking to see what has gone wrong, I ask the sender, and after consulting with the store in question in Kranidi, he told me that while they told him that the amount was 14.60 euros, then they changed the weight (!!!!! ) and from there came the 20.24 euros.
I have never encountered anything so unacceptable, that is, to change after a holiday and without any information the amount of the shipment when they try a transport company, and to never be informed, but the courier is fine to ask me for this money.
You managed, * at least *, not to deal with ACS in general again.
