Δυστυχως δεν είστε επιλογή του καταναλωτή αλλιως θα είχατε συμμορφωθεί.Αν δεν μπορείτε να ανταποκριθείτε προσλάβετε διανομείς η αλλιως κλείστε το. Unacceptable with delays. G	George D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτον, δεν έρχονται σε μερικά χωριά του Έβρου επειδή και καλά είναι απομακρυσμένες περιοχές. Άλλα courier και ΕΛΤΑ έρχονται. Μόνο η ACS δεν έρχεται. Δεύτερον, παντού έχουν ότι είναι ανοιχτοί τις ώρες 08:00-20:00 αλλά αυτό δεν είναι η πραγματικότητα, καθώς πήγα από κει το απόγευμα και άνοιγαν στις 18:00. Τρίτον, όταν παίρνεις τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα και όχι στα κεντρικά, απαντάει ένας τηλεφωνητής που σου κάνει ερωτήσεις. Άλλα λες στον τηλεφωνητή, άλλα λέει εκείνο. Δεν ξέρω αν ο τηλεφωνητής είναι 24/7 αλλά το μεσημέρι όταν πήρα είχε αυτό το ρομπότ. Ας βάλουν να λέει ότι είναι κλειστά και να προσπαθήσω στις 18:00. Γ	Γαβριελλα Δαφνη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ για ώρες να επικοινωνήσω με κάποιον υπάλληλο του καταστήματος αλλά δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο,ντροπή και κρίμα, γιατί υπάρχει κατανόηση, οτι κάποια στιγμή όντως έχουν δουλειά και δεν μπορούν να το σηκώσουν, όταν όμως δεν το σηκώνουν επιτηδες ποτέ,τότε είναι ντροπή τους.Κριμα γιατί πίστευα ότι είναι η καλύτερη εταιρεία αλλά μάλλον δεν είναι σε όλη την Ελλάδα το ίδιο. Λ	Λεωνίδας Τσαπράζης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δηλώνουν ψευδώς σε δέμα για Βρυσικά (14 χλμ) ότι πρόκειται για δυσπρόσιτη περιοχή, κάτι το οποίο προφανώς δεν ισχύει! Δεν ξέρω ποιανού πολιτική ακολουθεί το παρόν κατάστημα, πάντως σίγουρα όχι της εταιρείας! Εν πασει περιπτώσει, τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα να δηλώσω αυτό που και οι ίδιοι ξέρουν πως τα Βρυσικά ΔΕΝ είναι δυσπρόσιτη περιοχή και ως εκ τούτου έχουν υποχρέωση να έρχονται κάθε μέρα αν και όταν υπάρχει δέμα! Μετά από καταιγισμό τηλεφωνημάτων στο κατάστημα, μία καθόλα εριστική υπάλληλος μου ανέφερε πως θα έχω το Δέμα μου την Τρίτη στις 9:03 (εγγλέζικη ακρίβεια, αλλοίμονο,..). Καθώς μετά τα όσα μου είπαν στο τηλέφωνο («έτσι το δηλώνουμε εμείς», «ναι όντως δεν είναι δυσπρόσιτη περιοχή αλλά ερχόμαστε κάθε Πέμπτη» κλπ) είχα απωλέσει την εμπιστοσύνη μου στο κατάστημα, πήρα τηλέφωνο στα κεντρικά της ACS. Και διαπίστωσα ότι αναφέρει ψευδώς και πάλι στο σύστημα τους ότι κανονίστηκε νέα ημερομηνία «κατ’ εντολή μου» και όλως τυχαίως ΠΟΤΕ;;; Την Πέμπτη που ακολουθούν το «δρομολόγιο« τους! Και όταν κάλεσα εκ νέου για την ενημέρωση που έλαβα από τα κεντρικά το έκλεισαν κιόλας! Μαζευτείτε, σοβαρευτείτε, στριφογυριστείτε! Δεν είμαστε όλοι κορόιδα! They falsely state in a package for Vrysika (14 km) that this is an inaccessible area, which obviously is not the case! As after what they told me on the phone ("this is how we say it", "yes it is not an inaccessible area but we come every Thursday" etc) I had lost my confidence in the store, I called the ACS headquarters. And I found that he falsely mentions again in their system that a new date was arranged "by my order" and all by chance NEVER ??? On Thursday they follow their "itinerary"! And when I called again for the information I received from the headquarters, they already closed it! Gather, get serious, turn around! We are not all suckers!
