★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή δεν χρειάζεται να πω κάτι παραπάνω για την ACS (τα έχουν πει όλοι εδώ πριν από μένα), το μόνο που θέλω να τονίσω είναι ότι τεχνηέντως έχουν καταργήσει την υπηρεσία παράδοσης πόρτα-πόρτα, για την οποία πληρώνονται. Εάν θέλουν λοιπόν να λειτουργούν αποκλειστικά σαν διακομιστικά κέντρα : να κόψουν και τις χρεώσεις στο μισό. Ούτως η άλλως εμείς πρέπει να πάμε να παραλάβουμε οτιδήποτε. Ότι δεν έρχεται στην ώρα του το ακυρώνω απλά και το στέλνω πίσω. Τιμωρείται έτσι ο έμπορος (που πιθανά δεν φταίει) αλλά κάτι άλλο σαν καταναλωτής δεν μου μένει να κάνω.
Because I do not need to say more about ACS (everyone has said it here before me), all I want to emphasize is that they have artificially abolished the door-to-door delivery service for which they are paid. So if they want to operate exclusively as server centers: cut the charges in half. Anyway we have to go pick up anything. Whatever does not arrive on time, I simply cancel it and send it back. This is how the trader is punished (which is probably not his fault) but I have nothing else to do as a consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι .Πότε δεν φέρνουν τίποτα, αναγκάζομαι να πηγαίνω Ν Μάκρη δύο και τρεις φορές και μου λένε ότι είναι Πικέρμι το δέμα μου και δεν μπορώ να παραλάβω από εκεί...Δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χειρότερη μεταφορική εταιρεία δεν υπάρχει. Ασυνεννοησία και χειριστή συμπεριφορά στους παραλήπτες των δεμάτων. Αλλού τους δίνεις διεύθυνση και αλλού τα στέλνουν με αποτέλεσμα την ταλαιπωρία των πελατών τους. Όσο για τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση ανύπαρκτη....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moυ έστειλαν μήνυμα οτι το δέμα μου θα παραδοθεί σήμερα και ήμουν σπίτι όλη μέρα να τους περιμένω. Αργότερα λαμβάνω ειδοποίηση ότι δεν παραδόθηκε γιατί λέει απουσίαζα. Απαράδεκτο!!! Αυτό λέγεται κοροιδια.

ΔΕΝ φερνουν τα δεματα στο σπιτι, ΔΕΝ ενημερώνουν τηλεφωνικως για την μεταφορα τους σε αλλα καταστηματα με αποτελεσμα το δεμα να σταλθει πισω χωρις εσυ να γνωριζεις τιποτα. Και το καλυτερο ΔΕΝ τους βρισκεις ποτε στο τηλεφωνο για να συννενοηθεις. Και το ενα αστερακι που εβαλα ειναι πολυ!..
