★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unreliable and expensive company in the area. Their couriers do not even bother to ring the bell and have the items delivered in time and in person as they are paid for. If they fit they let them in the post box and in their system they register that they were delivered in person. Lost an envelope with very valuable docs and after a fight they told me that the courier had left it in the box. Same happened again after 10 days. Other than having the worst service ever they are also VERY EXPENSIVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Lying about delivery times and charging extra without delivering on their promise. I'm sure each employee does the best he/she can, but the company's strategy during these challenging times is clearly not working. Be prepared for delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service they give for a courier service is very very lame I have ordered things online many times and never had a problem with other courier companies except for this one you pay shipping and expect to receive your item at a designated address but this company takes the Cake twise in one month they sent it to the wrong address and twice I have to drive twenty kilometers to get my package from them because they refused to bring it to the written address this is very upsetting when you already have paid for shipping.plus they Don't even notify you that it's on the way.if I was your boss in acs pikermi I would have fired all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 packages for 7+ days are "being transferred" from the Athens city center to the pikermi ACS outlet (about 20 Km away).
This is totally unacceptable for such a short distance, this company doesn't care about their customers.
Edit: 6 Months later i can definitely say that the services have been improved, so i raised my review to 3/5 stars.
