E	Eirini Nata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πιθανόν η πιο τραγική εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών στην Ελλάδα. Ενώ μου είπαν ότι θα φέρουν το δέμα σπίτι μου, ήμουν εκεί ολη μερα και δεν ηρθε κάνεις, χαρτί δεν άφησαν. Μου ήρθε μήνυμα ότι δεν βρηκαν τη διεύθυνση μου. Καλώ στο κατάστημα, απίστευτα αγενες προσωπικό,ρωτάω γτ δεν με καλεσαν αφού δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν τη διεύθυνση. Μου απαντάνε ότι δεν ήρθαν ποτέ και ότι θα προσπαθήσουν τη αλλη εβδομάδα . Ρώτησα ξανά τότε γτ μου στειλαν μήνυμα, ο κύριος με απίστευτα αγνεη τόνο μου απαντάει έτσι κάνουμε σε όλους. Δεν καταλαβαίνω το λόγο που το προσωπικό σας μιλάει με τέτοια αγενεια στους πελάτες,σας πληρώνουμε για να κάνετε σωστά στη δουλειά σας και να μας φέρεστε όμορφα.Αν δεν μπορείτε να είστε ευγενικοι και να προσφέρετε τη καλύτερη λύση στο πελάτη σας καλύτερα κλείστε το. Τελικά,ο πιο σίγουρος τρόπος να παραλάβεις δέμα απ' αυτούς είναι να πας ο ίδιος στο κατάστημα και τότε γιατί τους πληρώνουμε;;; Probably the most tragic courier company in Greece. While they told me that they would bring the parcel to my house, I was there all day and no one came, they did not leave any paper. I received a message that they did not find my address. I call the store, incredibly rude staff, I ask why they did not call me since they could not find the address. They tell me that they never came and that they will try next week. I asked again then why they sent me a message, the gentleman with an incredibly pure tone answers me so we do to everyone. I do not understand why your staff speaks so rudely to customers, we pay you to do your job properly and treat us nicely. If you can not be polite and offer the best solution to your customer better close it. Finally, the surest way to receive a parcel from them is to go to the store yourself and then why do we pay them ???

Συγκεκριμένα, σε εχουν σε αναμονή στο τηλ για 20 λεπτά κι εφόσον σου απαντήσουν, σου λένε: το δέμα είναι εδώ θα έρθετε να το πάρετε;; εμείς πληρώνουμε για να μας το φέρουν κι όχι να πάμε εμείς για παραλαβή. Ειναι απαράδεκτοι και κάνω μεγάλη προσπάθεια να μείνω μακριά απο τη συγκεκριμένη. The worst transport company in Greece .. Specifically, they have you waiting on the phone for 20 minutes and if they answer you, they tell you: the package is here, will you come and get it ?? we pay for them to bring it to us and not for us to go for collection. They are unacceptable and I make a great effort to stay away from this one.
Γ	Γιώργος Χαλός on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέσος χρόνος παράδοσης και στις γιορτές (περίοδος αιχμής)1-2 εργάσιμες. Δεν το λες και άσχημα. Υπάρχει σειρά γενικότερα και όσες φορές χρειάστηκα εξυπηρετήθηκα σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα και τα παιδιά όλα ευγενικά..! Average delivery time and on holidays (peak period) 1-2 working days. You do not say it badly. There is a series in general and as many times as I needed I was served in a short time without any problems and the children are all kind ..!
Θ	Θάνος Αλε on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και με αγένεια στον πελάτη!! Το κόλπο το ξέρουν στέλνουν μύνημα βστο βιμπερ μετά δεν περνάνε ποτέ από το σπίτι και στέλνουν μύνημα ότι απέτυχε η αποστολή. Πάω την επόμενη μέρα ως συνήθως να πάρω το δέμα και μου λένε το έχει ο οδηγός και ο οδηγός δεν έρχεται ποτέ, σε κεντρική οδό με κουδούνια και όλα κανονικά!!! Unacceptable and rude to the customer !! They know the trick, they send a message vst vimber then they never pass by the house and they send a message that the mission failed. I go the next day as usual to get the package and they tell me the driver has it and the driver never comes, on the main road with bells and everything is normal !!!
N	Nestor Ntoutsias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτον και για μένα το ποιο σημαντικό είναι ότι με εντολή του παραλήπτη να γίνει κάποια άλλη στιγμή η παράδοση βεβαίως χωρίς να και στα γραφεία τους να είναι τελείως αγενέστατη First and foremost for me, what is important is that by order of the recipient, the delivery be made at another time, of course without being completely rude in their offices as well.
K	Katerina Kopanou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τηλεφώνημα στα κεντρικά δεν απαντήθηκε ποτέ, αντί αυτού η τέταρτη αποτυχημένη προσπάθεια διήρκησε 31 λεπτά αναμονής!!!! Ενώ σου στέλνουν το πρωί ένα αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα στο viber όπου σου δίνεται η δυνατότητα να αλλάξεις τον τρόπο παραλαβής-πχ παραλαβή από το κατάστημα, όπως επέλεξα εγώ-κανείς ποτέ δεν ελέγχει τι στην ευχή επέλεξες να γίνει με το δέμα σου!! Πηγαίνεις λοιπόν το μεσημέρι στο υποκατάστημα να παραλάβεις και σου λένε πως το δέμα έχει φύγει!Και μετά από τρεις ώρες έρχεται και το μήνυμα για αδυναμία παράδοσης! Ο υπάλληλος στο υποκατάστημα δεν μπόρεσε ποτέ να μου απαντήσει στο γιατί μου στάλθηκε το μήνυμα από τη στιγμή που δεν ελέγχει κανείς τι επιλέγει ο πελάτης;;Η μόνη απάντηση ήταν ότι το μηνυμα στάλθηκε από τα κεντρικά. Απαράδεκτοι σε όλα!Το ένα αστέρι είναι μόνο και μόνο γιατί έμαθα όλη τη Λίμνη των Κύκνων απ'έξω! The phone call to the headquarters was never answered, instead the fourth failed attempt lasted 31 minutes of waiting !!!! While in the morning they send you an automated message on viber where you are given the opportunity to change the way of receipt-eg receipt from the store, as I chose-no one ever controls what in the wish you chose to do with your parcel !! So you go to the branch at noon to pick up and they tell you that the parcel is gone! And after three hours comes the message for inability to deliver! The branch clerk could never answer why the message was sent to me since no one is checking what the customer chooses ?? The only answer was that the message was sent from the headquarters. Unacceptable to all! One star is only because I learned the whole Swan Lake from outside!
