★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε και κανένα αστέρι θα τους το έβαζα !!! Απαράδεκτοι!!! Μου έχουν χάσει το δέμα μου και μου λένε πως μου το έχουν παραδώσει ενώ δεν μου το παρέδωσαν ποτέ !!!! Μέσα στην εφαρμογή αναφέρεται πως μου το παρέδωσαν υποτίθεται στις 28 Φεβρουαρίου Κυριακή ενώ δεν είναι καν ανοιχτά !!! Και όταν πήγα εκεί να ζητήσω το λόγο μου μίλησαν με ύφος και ειρωνία και επέμειναν στο σενάριο πως μου το παρέδωσαν !!! Απλά απαράδεκτοι και με καθόλου επαγγελματισμό !!!
If there was any star I would give it to them !!! Unacceptable !!! They have lost my parcel and they tell me that they have delivered it to me while they never delivered it to me !!!! In the application it is mentioned that they supposedly handed it to me on Sunday, February 28, while they are not even open !!! And when I went there to ask for my word, they spoke with style and irony and insisted on the script that they handed it to me !!! Simply unacceptable and with no professionalism !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες ,άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από την κοπέλα στην Reception η οποία είναι πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.
Το ίδιο ισχύει και για τις παραδόσεις και για την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση...!
Λιγάκι τσιμπημένες οι τιμές αλλά λογικό καθώς πρόκειται για μια εταιρία "κολοσσό" στις υπηρεσίες της..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δέμα λένε δεν είχε τα στοιχεία και επιστρέφει στον αποστολέα τα στοιχεία υπάρχουν κανονικά απλά δεν κάνουν καλά την δουλειά τους απαράδεκτη 15 χρόνια στέλνω και λαμβάνω δέματα πρώτη και τελευταία φορά με dhl αν με ένα δέμα δεν τα βγάζουν πέρα λυπάμαι τους υπόλοιπους που τους προτίμησαν μαζί κ εμένα μέσα
The parcel they say did not have the details and returns to the sender the details are normal they just do not do their job well unacceptable 15 years I send and receive parcels first and last time with dhl if with a parcel they do not cope I regret the others who preferred them together and me inside
