Very good service from the service clerk who helped me pack one of my parcels and ship it immediately instead of waiting for next week.

Λυπάμαι πολύ και ήταν παλιά η καλύτερη μεταφορική,μου το έλεγαν και δεν το πίστευα Unacceptable in the middle of covid not to bring the package home and tell you that once the package comes out of the store, go through the store to get it, if it were so we would not pay to bring it to us ? Εύκολη πρόσβαση και πολύ συνεννοήσιμοι εργαζόμενοι, κάτι που δεν μπορώ να πω το ίδιο για άλλο Χαλκιδικιώτικο υποκατάστημα της ίδιας εταιρείας διανομής (Νέας Καλλικράτειας). Συγχαρητήρια (στην ACS Πολυγύρου) συνεχίστε έτσι. Immediate and complete service. Easy access and very understanding employees, something I can not say the same about another Halkidiki branch of the same distribution company (Nea Kallikratia). Congratulations (to ACS Polygyros) keep it up.

MY PHONE WAS CLOSED IN MY FACE WHEN I REQUIRED MY PACKAGE TODAY! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

When I call, they told me I must go and handle the package myself. No one contacted me to inform when or will they ever be able to deliver my parcel. Extremely unprofessional and rude attitude. I'm forced to contact another courier company to go to their office and bring me my parcel. I have never had such a bad courier experience! No wonder why they have the worst review on Trustpilot too!
