★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ήρθε δέμα, με κάλεσαν στα ξαφνικά ότι είναι απ' έξω για να μου το παραδώσουν, εγώ όμως ήμουν δουλειά και τους είπα θα περάσω να το πάρω από το κατάστημα. Όταν πήγα στο κατάστημα με χρέωσαν επιπλέον 6.98€ από ότι θα ήταν να πληρώσω, για την μεταφορά του δέματος μου στο χώρο μου και τη μη παραλαβή του. Αν το παιδί με είχε πάρει και με είχε ρωτήσει τι ώρα θα είμαι σπίτι και δεν ήμουν, τότε να το πληρώσω γτ θα ήταν δικό μου λάθος η μη παραλαβή του αλλά με αυτό το τρόπο είναι κοροϊδία.
A parcel came to me, they suddenly called me that it is from outside to deliver it to me, but I was at work and I told them I would go and get it from the store. When I went to the store they charged me an additional 6.98 € than I would have to pay, for the transfer of my parcel to my place and its non-receipt. If the child had taken me and asked me what time I would be home and I was not, then to pay it because it would be my mistake not to receive it but in this way it is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο εβδομάδες δεν μπορούσαν να παραδώσουν το δέμα μου με τη δικαιολογία ότι υπολειτουργούν. Απλά απαράδεκτοι. Απο εδώ και πέρα δεν παραγγέλνω από εταιρείες που συνεργάζονται με Ελτα courier.
Two weeks could not deliver my package on the grounds that underperforming. Simply unacceptable. From now on not to order from companies that work with courier ELTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier office I've ever seen! they never contact you when receiving your parcel, and when you go to check the employees are not professional and very lazy. they barely answer you, and they are joking with friends over their mobiles. If it comes to me I will never use their services.
