R	Rom Sarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer support were clueless as to where my order was, despite giving them the tracking number. On that note, how do they expect us to sit & wait for a delivery for 9HOURS ??? are you guys for real or just snacking on some nuts while trying to deliver packages? We're talking about 9 hours, not 4! Better fix this or your rating will soon be 0stars the rate you're going.
N	Nick Katsikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The didn't call me during delivery on the telephone number provided (provided for some reason!) and they just left me a "Delivery Attempted" note on my door. At that time I was in the next door on the same floor where my aged father lives with health problems. I didn't know that I have to wait all day for UPS to come!! That's why mobile phone devices exist and that's the reason we write our phone numbers on the labels of the packages and shipment paperwork. Now I have to travel 40+km away and back in order the parcel to deliver, because they don't keep any store, neither co-operating stores in Athens the city of 5.000.000 citizens, or I have to wait 1 more day for a 2nd delivery attempt for a parcel I paid express shipping because I need it urgently. You have to be lucky with UPS. Fast on shipping but disregard - lazy on delivery. Took 3 days for express shipping from Germany to Athens and it will take 2 days to deliver. Unlike all other postal companies, they hate making phone calls! Unbelievable! They are not professionals!
v	valentini g. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst company !!! There are no service points anywhere in Athens only in the central part of Koropi. Let them take an example from DHL, which is also their competitors ... the driver will not call to service, you can not change the address unless a first attempt is made, the moment I explain that I will not be at home to pick it up. .. I am really very unhappy the worst company !!! no service for the money we give you ... and since you will see my report, look a little at what DHL does and how it serves the people who give their money to it. the worst criticism because you deserve it ??
T	Tina T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to automate their system. They are only open via phone till 6:30pm and they don't offer online access to parcel delivery options... Example: I work all day and they visited my house twice. They leave a slip, but are closed by the time I end work. Where other companies allow you to go online and choose to have your parcel left at a pick/up location - UPS doesn't. You HAVE to be home, otherwise they send back to the sender. Not very efficient or helpful to customers.

M	Melenia Alexandraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Athens Greece, they don't program preferable delivery ours, they don't just drop the package inside the fence of the house, they don't have pick up points and you can only pick up your package from an area miles outside Athens (Koropi). Their customer's service is tragic and unhelpful. They tried to deliver last Friday (once) and since then I am calling every day to program next delivery, they tell it will be the following day and today (Thursday) they said there was a mistake and they won't be able to deliver up until after the Easter Holidays. So unprofessional!!!
C	Charity Moschopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am seriously wondering if this is a scam. I called UPS to request a pick up. They asked for the return package tracking number and I gave it. They told me to provide my ID and leave the package open when I gave it. They told me the window of time they would be able to come to collect the package. The guy arrived in an unmarked white van, called me to let me know he was downstairs. I brought the package down with my ID. He never asked about my id, was surprised that the package was open and left. That was the last I heard. No papers or signitures, or tracking number was exchanged. The package was received April 8th,2022 and still has not been received by the company for return. Everything about it is strange. I should have been more on top of it, but they arrived when they said and the initial call to UPS seemed normal as any I had done before. Long and short, be wary. There may be a scam in Greece. I have no idea if there is any recourse for me here. Obviously I have lost the money and item I have attempted to return.
N	Nikos Grey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so angry!!! This is the worst courier service I have ever experienced in my life, so far. A parcel from amazon, they gave me 2 options: a) wait me or someone else at a different address from 09.00 until 18.00 to receive b) Travel a distance 5km away to receive it 3 days later. What??? Who can wait for so many hours closed in a premise??? Why did I pay for courier if I need to travel 5km to receive??? The option of some relay spots, or a shorter delivery frame, ot an appointment would help us!
