1. No one calls from post to inform that stuff is arrived.
2. On website theu have written that shop closes at 20:00 and it closes at 19:30
3. Why we must go for to take stuff 3-4 times? We people are working as well and its not nessesary to spend m9re money on the road.
4. ACS contact - if i want to contact post, you cant see number anywhere. Even on the website is not the contact information.

The worst courier on the island! Do dot use them!
I ordered some plants and asked them kindly to bring them to my working place and they said that they would no problem but i never received it and when i went to pick it up they had lost it!
I called the main offices in Athens (once everyday) and they reassured me that there would be no problem to get my order delivered, however their chain in santorini kept insisting that they didn't get any notification from their main offices! The plants were there for 10 days and eventually my order was cancelled and returned.
Also they do not wear masks and when i was there you could hear the people working in storage cursing very loudly at each other making it difficult to communicate with the people in the front desk.
And this is not the first time this happens.
i am very upset with Acs and don't recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arguably the worst department of ACS in the whole country. Avoid visiting at all cost. There are other companies that offer similar and better services in terms of delivery times, customer service, tracking updates etc. I have multiple bad experiences with them - from skipping informing me about my parcels to outrageous delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, just awful. They are pointless. Never experienced service that just do not care and will not help. Full of excuses as to why my package MAY not be delivered and probably will be sent back because DHL may get my phone number wrong even though I have an address. How are they a business? Why are they used as a partner for large couriers? Bizarre .
