Αγενεστατοι!!!! Δεν ενημερώνουν ποτέ
Κάνουν πάντα αναπάντητη κ καλά να φανεί η κλήση στα κεντρικά .
Τόσα χρόνια λειτουργεί το υποκατάστημα σας κ ακόμα δεν έχετε εξελιχθεί . Κρίμα γιατί είναι μια πολύ μεγάλη εταιρεία κ της χαλάτε την εικόνα ! Ενώ σε άλλες πόλεις είναι πολύ ψηλά

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν θυμάμαι ποτέ να μου έχουν φέρει την παραγγελία, λες και δεν είναι μέρος της τιμής η παράδοση κατ'οίκον. Όλες τις φορές βλέπω απλά μία αναπάντητη από άγνωστο νούμερο στο κινητό (ο ντελιβεράς) και έπειτα όταν θα πάρω στα κεντρικά, επειδή ο ντελιβεράς δεν θα το σηκώνει πλέον, θα μου πουν ότι δεν μπορεί να το παραδώσει τώρα και πρέπει να περάσω από εκεί. Δηλαδή μία ενημέρωση για το πότε, ώρα και ημερομηνία, να είμαστε στην διεύθυνση να το παραλάβουμε δεν μπορεί να γίνει; Θα πρέπει τελευταία στιγμή να ενημερωνόμαστε και να είμαστε απίκο για την αναμονή της παράδοσης; Συν τοις άλλοις, αν ποτέ το σηκώσεις και δεν είσαι στην διεύθυνση που έχεις γράψει στην παραγγελία, σου λέει ο ντελιβεράς ότι δεν μπορεί να το παραδόσει σε άλλη διεύθυνση από αυτή που είναι γραμμένη, γιατί φαίνεται στο gps τους διαφορετική διαδρομή και δεν τους αφήνει η εταιρία. Αν δεν κάνετε τις υπηρεσίας σας να στοχεύουν στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη, κάντε μια ευχή, θα πέφτουν βροχή τα αστέρια.
I never remember having my order brought, as if home delivery is not part of the price. Every time I just see an unanswered from an unknown number on my cell phone (the delivery man) and then when I get to the headquarters, because the delivery man will not pick it up anymore, they will tell me that he can not deliver it now and I have to go through there. That is, an update on when, time and date, to be at the address to receive it can not be done? Should we be informed at the last minute and wait for the delivery? On top of that, if you ever pick it up and you are not at the address you wrote in the order, the deliverer tells you that he can not deliver it to an address other than the one that is written, because it shows on their gps a different route and the company. If you do not make your service aimed at customer service, make a wish, the stars will rain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had contact with a worse company than this. Extremely incompetent, unfriendly, obnoxious interaction with clients. When you send DHL parcels from outside Greece, they will finally end up with this agent. Within the last week they have gotten four packages for me. I had to find out from DHL that they got new tracking numbers by ACS. I went to their shop only to find out that they were stored in some warehouse etc etc Stay away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a lot of experience with receiving packages in Greece. In the last few years different companies worked for DHL and UPS in Preveza. They ALL provided good service and called us whenever they had a package for us to arrange pickup or delivery.
This year all packages seem to go to ACS Preveza and we have to hunt each one down for up to a week. The male employee in the store is extremely rude and unhelpful. They never call us and send the packages around with their delivery man for the area without having our exact address outside of town. This means that we cannot even pick them up in the store because they are on the road FOR DAYS. Telling them to keep all packages at the store and to call us (which is the standard procedure in Greece) did not help either.
This is absolutely unacceptable.
